I loved the Cheddar Bacon Beef Brisket. It melted in my mouth. I would highly recommend this place. It was kind of busy and they still made service quick and good. The employees were polite and respectful and did there job well. Definitely going back.

Okay, so I had the Italian sandwich from Arby’s, and honestly, it was pretty underwhelming. The sandwich was not as big as I thought it to be and the meats didn’t have much flavor. All the food I ordered was cold and fries were stale. Brisket was extemely dry and inedible as well. Worst food I’ve had from any branch. Also had a nice surprise in my fries. I’ve provided a photo of this wonderful xmas present.

Place “closes” @ 10. We show up at 940…big Arby’s sign not lit up, menu in drive thru not lit up – place looks closed. 3 ladies obviously trying to get home early. Pull up to speaker, lady asks for order. We say “we can’t read the menu can you turn the lights on?” Lady replies “uhh, let me see if they work” – lights come on immediately. Order placed, pull up to drive thru – lady says “I hope you have exact change because we don’t have any change”. Again, they probably just closed the register to get out early. And there was a full drive thru, not like no one else was there. Pathetic. Food order relatively accurate, and tasted great. Everything else sucked.

The woman managing the drive through on 5/15/2025 has the best attitude. Very polite. Well spoken. Courteous. If Arby’s reads this, she needs a raise. She made my experience so much better and it’s a big deal.

This is the only location I go to almost every day. I always order a medium crinkle-cut fry and a large strawberry lemonade. I’m not sure if the person taking my order is new, but one time I asked for a medium crinkle fry and received curly fries instead. I assumed it was just a mistake and politely explained that it wasn’t what I ordered.
However, the next time I went, I ordered two medium fries and ended up receiving two small fries that looked like they came from the kids’ meal. I paid almost $10 for everything.
I’m really disappointed and don’t think I’ll be coming back.
