Neat and clean, friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Food was exactly what i expected. I was pulling a 40′ RV and found an easy turnaround at the end of the street. I parked on the adjacent street, not in Arby’s lot. Easy out with the traffic light. Easy on off from I-75.

Used the drive thru during lunch. Short wait to order. Friendly and efficient staff. My order was hot and fresh, loved the soft brioche bun on my chicken sandwich. Food tasted great, only gripe was no napkins in the bag, but not the end of the world.

Back in the USA for a month. Visiting friends and family around my old home town.
Stopped into this restaurant was waited on quickly and politely.
When i was ready to leave the young lady behind the counter named Brooke (hope i got the name right) helped me carry my order to the car and then told me she wished I had a blessed evening.
As a southerner who has not heard that phrase in a few years it made my whole night.
God bless this ladies parents for raising up such a friendly and sweet person.

I was just there. Had to wait on my food. The order was wróng. Ordered a Large roast beef got a small one. They up sized the dried and drink. The fries are stone cold . Even the sandwich is cold. I called to complain and the phone is busy.

Not very happy. Went to Arbys in Chatsworth. Placed an app order for 2 large potato cakes, get there and they are out. So I accept a small fry and a french dip sandwich. Get home and the fries were not cooked all the way (grainy and nasty) and no au jus sauce for the french dip. I call because I live about 15 mins away one way so not going back tonight. He says I can drive back anytime this week to get the 49 cent cup. I explained that it was just a plain roast beef and not the more expensive french dip w/o the sauce. Directed me to call corporate because that is what the always have people do when they mess up an order. Don’t see how this is acceptable. I am out money I paid and didn’t even get the correct replacement.
