I am not entirely sure how you can mess up an Arby’s… But they sure did at this location. The bathroom looks like someone exploded in it. The service is great…. But the coke is literally dripping syrup. The fries given are old and dry. Almost no condiments with the exception of ketchup and Arby’s sauce. Not entirely sure why but asking the employees to correct or fix things results in “That’s all we have”. For people who just want to be alone this is the best Arby’s ever… Not a single soul here. Except the poor individual in the drive through. They have been here about 15+ minutes.

You know a lot of times it’s hard to find some younger generation folks that work hard and are courteous. That just seems to be the climate in many places now, but the young men and the young lady staffing this restaurant were very professional. The restaurant was very clean. The food fresh. I was impressed with the overall atmosphere that these young folks put into their job and the respect and care they seem to have for what they were doing

Update: I provided more info as requested below. I spent $40 on a meal for 2 adults and 2 children. Their solution to my complaint? 1 free sandwich.
Out of tons of sauces. Out of multiple sodas.
The dining room was blazing hot. The floor was sticky with grease. The sweet tea was so nasty that we poured it out. The staff all seemed dazed and confused about everything. All the tables were nasty. All our food was either undercooked or overcooked. The sauce dispenser was broken and gross.

They had a 100 health department score. I always check for this score. It’s always hanging in front somewhere. The employees were extremely nice. The service was fast and the food was good!

Would be nice to be able to leave a review about the food I ordered. Unfortunately we can’t get the lady inside to answer the drive thru or the door or even the drive thru window. The sticker on the door says they are open till 11pm. The sticker on the window says the same. Google also says open till 11:00 pm. Can’t get an order to go through online and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. All lights are still on…sign, lobby, menu. Someone just decided they didn’t have to work today. Why work when you can stand around doing nothing but looking like a complete fool and still get paid for it.
