This arby’s is pretty clean, but a little dark. Like they wanna save money on the electricity bill. So much I thought it was closed.
Once inside everything went smoothly. Got my food fast. It was nice. First time I see those curly fries. They look great for the pictures but not that much for dipping purposes. Didn’t like their special sauces but that’s me.

The cashier today was not paying attention to his customers. I was on my phone and waiting for the guy to say “next in line” or wavy me saying he’s ready for the next person. No he started off talking to a customer that had an issue then just looked at me and then looked away. I asked if he’s ready and he doesn’t say anything. For good customer service you need to be courteous and not just ignore people who are wanting to order. Especially for me to be the only one waiting in line at the enter sign. Even when I walked up the the front he didnt say a thing. When I got up there I felt rushed and he talked very quickly.

I came to this location on Friday 10/3 and ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. 3 hours later I was terribly sick, throwing up and etc. Arby’s was the only thing I had that day so I’m certain it was from here. They must’ve had some bad meat or something.

Probably one of my favorite Arby’s locations.
The food is always hot and fresh. Staff are okay, they are at work – so it is what it is.
They are organized & Efficient.
I’ll be back every chance I get.

This was my first time here, being from NY I’ve always seen Arby’s advertised but I’ve never eaten there. It was great, as usual the staff (here in Atl) were all polite and accommodating. The food was fresh and good. It’s def a meat lover’s paradise lol the meat is good. I had the chicken bacon Swiss, it was good. Def 2 meaty thumbs up. P. S. I was vegan for 9yrs

I like to start off by saying I come this location 2 times a week close home. Every visit is getting worse. The front counter guy jaydon never up front and the others will not take your order including the manager. When jaydon does take your order there no customer service at all not even eye contact. His seems hate his job is aways rude and unprofessional. The food cold half the time and the girl manager don’t even care. This places needs new staff including management. Being a fast food manager before myself I know it alot and overlook alot but this not was Arby’s is about.
