I don’t know why they have a 3.7 rating but compared to my experience in other locations and I love Arby’s specifically the beef and cheddar sandwich. I’m not pretty sure why they have the rating but in my experience if I’m being honest has been on point they don’t mess up your order. They don’t forget anything if I call in after making a mobile order and making a request for maybe extra red ranch, it actually appears in my bag when I have It delivered, with that being said if that’s not customer service what else is I have to commend the people that work here they’re doing a good job especially compared to other places. I don’t usually do this. I’m usually letting people know where they can improve at, but I truly felt after so many experiences with them. It was necessary to give them a Compliment and your appreciation.

Honestly, I’ve come to this establishment since I was a little boy. This establishment has been nothing but the best for me and the people that have taken me to it. And on a Tuesday, I had been released from Coweta County Jail and they had given me two lighters, let me smoke one of their cigarettes, and three cigarettes for the road. While I didn’t have any money to get anything – they still accommodated my needs as a customer – and it’s the fact they didn’t know. They didn’t know I’d been coming here for literally years. But whoever worked on January 27, 2026 definitely deserve a raise. They went absolutely above and beyond, not required by their jobs to provide these things. Yet they did, providing more than just a meal – providing something they weren’t obligated to do, they took helping the customer to a new level.

Bizarre presentation. The employee at the window did fine. He was polite and professional. My problem is with the assembly. The sandwiches were delicious and a good size, but they only cut through the top slice of bread. The bottom slice and everything inside was still whole. It was like the top slice was cut before putting it on the sandwich. We got 2 and they were both cut the same way. I thought it would be fine, but let me tell you, it made eating them considerably more difficult.

This is horribly ran. Management doesn’t care. Customer service has gone out the window. The whole staff acts as if they don’t like people or their job. Been here multiple times and always bad. One time the big deli style sandwich looked like they threw one piece of meet on it with a sliver of cheese, and a crumb of bacon, they gave a hard time about replacing it so I left. Another time it was the sliders. Horrible …and they looked at it like “this is what you get for $2.00.” (Pic below)This time they had new signs up for a promotion all over the drive thru and all on the window, so we pulled in, the lady rudely said we don’t do that til tomorrow. Then gave my wife a hard time about 2 other menu items. Management shouldn’t put all advertisements up days early, including on the drive thru, how would someone driving up know what to or not to order if they can only go by the sign. Management acted like we were bothering them. The owners obviously don’t care either or it wouldnt be so bad for so long.
After the pandemic stores amd Restaurants have had to decide to let customers service die just to fill positions, leaving these victim mentality workers just their filling time cards for personal benefit. No one cares about the products they put out or the image they display anymore, especially not here. Drive by and see for yourself . The culture of these workplaces have gone to crap. It’s like do you want this low quality product and service or not??? Ok bye !!! Someone… Buy this location, Clean house, start over !!

We ordered food from this Arby’s, the food was cold. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and cold (not sure how that happens). Now on to the 2 burgers we got….they were raw, undercooked and cold?!?! Really how does that happen? If you want food poisoning, go to this restaurant.

We ordered the Fish Sandwich and they cooked it fresh for us. The customer service was okay but they aren’t naturally friendly. The fries were not fresh and they had a ton of oil in them like they were refried.

Then there are multiple times every single time I go something on my order is completely and utterly wrong. It’s not just a slight mess up. It is a complete mess up the first time I didn’t receive sauce for my pulled pork sandwich this time I asked for crinkle fries got two curly fries not the right drinks didn’t get the sauce that I asked for. It’s ridiculous. I even spoke with the manager on duty who took my order things were still wrong. How can you be one of the only places open in Newnan and still get everything wrong every single time someone shows up if I didn’t work so late I wouldn’t eat here. But…..

It was by far the worst Arby’s beef and cheddar sandwich that I have ever had in my 53 years on this Earth Not only was the sandwich ground up roast beef like corned beef hash the guy waiting on me was racist towards white people and very moody angry at something very unfriendly and lucky as hell to even have a job and if I were his boss he wouldn’t have one he needed to be in the jail house right behind the restaurant that’s what kind of attitude he had never again will I eat at that Arby’s nor probably any Arby’s in Newnan here’s a picture of my sandwich however I’ve already put horsey and Arby’s sauce on it..
