Paid over $7 for this crap. Wish I would’ve followed my first mind and went to Fayetteville. Sat in line for almost 15 minutes for this. Where is the dressing? This is a rip off and corporate needs to be notified about their employees ripping customers off. This is unacceptable.

Went to this location tonight…Whoever was there at 8pm most definitely did they big one!!! Customer service was awesome!!! Tried the new Meat & 3 and EVERYTHING was hot and fresh!!!! Sweet tea was teaing lol I’ll be back!!!!

I received raw chicken with my order. When I returned to the restaurant less than 30 minutes later to address the problem, the employee I spoke with, Brandon, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of acknowledging the concern, he questioned when I purchased the food and insisted the chicken had “just come out,” despite me clearly presenting undercooked meat to him.
To make matters worse, they demanded that I return the food bag and discarded it, preventing me from taking a photo as evidence. This not only felt dismissive but also made the situation appear as though they were trying to cover it up.
Serving raw chicken is a serious health risk, and the lack of professionalism from staff only added to the frustration. I am requesting that this matter be properly investigated and addressed to ensure food safety and respectful customer service at this location.

A very good Arby’s to dine in or for take out for you & your family! sometimes they can be a little slow & sometimes they can get your order mixed up but other than that they have a fantastic staff that are friendly from the time that you walk in the door & the place is very clean! Top Notch to be exact & it looks like a brand new restaurant! so if you & your family is looking to dine in or take out fresh food then this is the place for you! & not to mention the Fantastic deal that they have my absolute favorite 2 for 6 Dollars Greek Gyro!! Great experience at the best Arby’s I’ve been to in years. I honestly forgot to ask for the mgr’s name, but he was quite the personable character. His extra effort was appreciated when he explained that the weekend BOGO sandwich deal could only be used in the app that I never had. I just downloaded it right then & was already in the rewards club. Very easy!
We chatted a lot. The other employees were quietly working well together while servicing the drive thru. IDK if Friday nights are that typically calm, but it was a great experience. Also, the restroom was clean.
Oh yeah. The smokehouse brisket sandwich always hits. I bought the Loaded Italian sub for the next day, and it was delicious with those banana peppers. Those curly fries were hot & basically inhaled. I can definitely visit again.

Cashier was new, but nice…Location was clean and food was hot!!. I would of gave 5 stars but the heavy set cashier in drive thru was giving alot of lip to the friendly cashier in the front. We were in the rear and could here her( drive tru girl) clear and loud. No matter the issue she was over the top and disrespectful !! A guy came from the back and tried to hush it up but she kept with the lip. even with us walking out and looking she didnt care >>should be fired not good for business<<..

The wait time for a Ruben Sandwich should not take 30—min a non crowded restaurant, which two machine don’t produce ice, so you that you drinking hot tea, I may add the tea was good, but the sandwich I would have rather starve.

When I visit family in the area, I always head here for a quick bite. I absolutely love the people here! They are so sweet, have the best personalities, and always make me feel welcomed. I have used the drive thru and gone inside. Both were amazing experiences!
