All fried items – 2 thumbs down, complete waste of $$$. First, all fried food the past 2 visits including this 3rd visit have been sitting for awhile, cold, not fresh, not even made in the last 10 – 15 minutes or so while I waited for food inside this last time… fried chicken sandwich over cooked kinda dark brown. Service kinda lazy because they do not like keeping fried items fresh made. However the Roast Beef consistently good. Yes, I understand fry oil is expensive, along with crews hate frying items. Simple, then take fried items off the menu at this location, in fact all locations. Nothing worse than cold fried food items. Out of 8 items, only the Roast Beef sandwich was edible, all fried items (chicken, fries, mozz. sticks, etc.) into trash, which is probably the right decision anyway. Seems this is the normal at this location. For me there will not be a 4th order of fried items, I will just go next door to the chicken sandwich place which is always consistently good. Not spending my hard earned $$$ just to throw away anymore.

Whoever was working on 3/4/26 did a great job and was extremely kind. Food was made perfectly and portioned well.
The guy and girl at the window were slammed busy and still didn’t forget to ask me about sauce. There needs to be more people like that. I’ll come back cause of it.

The Arby’s on East Cherokee Dr. In Hickory Flat is one of the best around. Always clean and the food is always fresh and hot. No matter when we go there, we receive consistent courteous service. All which keeps us coming back for more. Thanks a lot

Came to this place around 6:30 pm today. There was a girl taking orders up front with long blonde curly hair and a brown and tan plaid jacket. I ordered a French dip and Swiss with crinkle fries. She gave me curly fries, asked for the correct fries and she sighed at me. Then I opened my French dip and the cheese wasn’t melted bc the sandwich was cold, brought it up to her to show her and asked for it to be remade and she sighed even louder and snatched the sandwhich from me and said “I need another French dip” and the sandwhich maker asked “why?” And she yelled “I don’t know I just need a new one, warm it up!” And when it was ready she didn’t just announce my name she yelled my name to get the food and had a total attitude towards me and my boyfriend. Order was wrong, food was cold, and she has a very bad attitude. I will be reporting this to corporate Monday. (Here’s a picture of their “au jus” or so they claimed it is, but it’s murky, I’ve cold and has black specs in it.) they didn’t even have fresh au jus, they have it in a arbys cup and they literally microwaved it in front of us and it was still ice cold and disgusting.

Arby’s Sunday evening drive thru . Buffalo Chicken sandwich was ok , tasty . Krinkle fries & potatoes cakes were not fresh . Curly fries were over cooked and very not fresh . Zaxby’s across rd. was backed up at drive thru with several cars . I can understand why !!

The drive thru employee Gabby, today 7/30/25 at lunch was so upbeat and friendly! Her attitude in fast food service is rare these days. Even though we had questions about our order, she was patient and positive. A really good job of communicating with us.

My food was handed to me with sauce all on the inside of the bag and multiple of the five sandwiches turn sideways or upside down. I said something to the cashier and she looked at me like I was dumb. They were also five employees standing around goofing off rather than actually working and doing what they get paid for. Just another reminder of why I don’t go to Arby’s. What a representation of the brand for the new store in Hickory flat.
