Krista was our cashier today. Honestly, I haven’t seen someone this happy to be serving people in fast food in a very long time. So refreshing! She went above and beyond; she brought our food to our table. She worked hard the entire time we were there despite not very many people in the restaurant at the time. We will be back to see Krista! She definitely deserves a promotion.

The manager was nice but unprofessional. This was an experience I would drive upwards of ten miles to a different Arbys to avoid. 0/10 would not recommend. It is easily accessible but not worth it.

This is a pretty good location lobby area clean neat and in order. It appears to have a full-time person that does the lobby. Bathrooms were clean food department rating was 96 which is so so. Staff was fairly friendly. Hopefully they can improve in a few more positive customer service areas. Overall a good experience I hope this Arby’s survives.

I like getting the roast turkey and Swiss wrap. Sometimes arbys is on point, and others the staff is lacking. We always have to check our order before leaving. One time, there was 4 things wrong with our order and it took forever. We still didn’t get our large drink, but we were tired of sending stuff back. If everything goes as it should, the food is great! Also, the other day they were out of salads.

the five stars is for this particular location. I really don’t feel like we ought to so freely give out five stars but this restaurant has great personality. I eat there at least once a week because it’s so close to my work and I always use my Boy Scout card for the drink and fries with any regular sandwich.

Great food, super quick service, friendly staff! Ricardo took my order and did a fine job helping me through the options, I was undecided on what to try and final result was great. The GM Alex checked on me also. The cooks are on point and quick. I will return due to the fine job by this team.

Although the customer service is good I was very disappointed with the portion size of my sandwich. It looked NOTHING like the picture. There was barely any meat on the sandwich. I remember when they used to load on the meat. Not anymore.

Disappointed in the service and food. I had to repeat my order, I don’t think the cashier was really focused on taking our order. Our sandwiches didn’t have much meat on them. Then, my us jus looked weak. I figured out why when I got to the bottom. (See picture). When, I showed the young lady at the counter, she said that she was sorry, but their machine is broken.
