This location has taken a HUGE drop in service. Since the old manager left a few months back, this location has struggled with training and service. I spoke to the new manager, he assured me he is doing all that he can, but he is obviously not getting the support he needs. This should be when corporate steps in and provides a helping hand. Franchises should be seamless and of high quality; Not what you get at this location. Five Forks is a huge volume area and there is no reason for a franchise like Arby’s not to run as smooth as we all know Chick-Fil-A does.
Not only did it take 15 minutes to get served, the order was wrong. I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss (PLAIN). The cashier that took my order posted it correctly in the system, but the backline cook made it with just chicken. Anyone that has ever worked in food service knows that when you ask for plain, it only means the condiments; A chicken bacon Swiss sandwich should still have the bacon and Swiss cheese on it. But even if that were not clear enough, it prints on the ticket. Geeezzzz…. (face palm).

The shift manager “Berkley C.” was GREAT and very, very kind. He even gave my grandson a puzzle creator toy bag even tho he didn’t get a technical kid’s meal. We will be back! A++++

Holy Hell, what happened to this location?? Worst Arby’s experience ever. The food, which normally delicious was atrocious. The buffalo chicken in the sliders was severely over cooked to the point I just threw them back in the back and went for the roast beast sliders which was “crunchy”. It’s like the meat was the scrap at the bottom of the slab. At least the fries were good. Get on your staff management 18.00 is a lot of money to have to throw half of it away. Take a peek at that chicken and tell me if you see any white/meat??

I went in today, and Elijah (per the receipt) was quite rude. One, he saw me but didn’t come up to take my order for quite some time. Once he did, he said nothing. He just glared at me until I ordered. He did ask me if me order was for here, and that was it. My food was disgusting. I always order a half pound roast beef sandwich. And this location used to do it right. This sandwich was sickening. Service and food quality has just eroded to bottom of the barrel here.
Update: if you actually want service and your food to be cooked right, try the Butler Rd Arby’s location next to Spinx. It’s not that far away, and my last experience there (yesterday) was good. The lady that was working at the time was great. I still recommend steering clear of Five Forks or Simpsonville Arby’s locations.

My husband and I ordered a specific meal, got all the way home to realize the food was incorrect. Called the store to tell them and they acted as if they couldn’t find his receipt. Finally they found it and I drove back to the store. When I pulled into the drive thru I told them I was picking up the correct combo and the worker rudely said “you’re only getting a sandwich, that’s what you said was messed up”. Someone who must have been a manager then hopped on the intercom and said “just pull around”
No drink was given with the replacement meal because “they didn’t mess that up” even though the drink is sitting at home with melting ice waiting for the replacement food.
I then asked the person I am assuming is the manger to please provide some kind of solution to find to compensate the gas and time I wasted driving back to the restaurant to remedy their mistake. She said no, and that I would have to make another one trip to the restaurant tomorrow to speak to the General Manager.
Hire better people. Service is at the epicenter of the restaurant business

We ordered 2 milkshakes at the drive thru. We asked them to make them thicker because they looked like a cup of chocolate milk. When they tried to correct it, they put a hole in one of the cups. The manager came to the window with a bullying attitude. The team looked as though they wanted to remedy the situation, but they were afraid of the manager. He refused to give us another milkshake and screamed ” it will be 3 to 5 days before you get your money back”

Ordered a burger today for the first time from Arby’s and it will be the LAST time I do! Any other restaurant serve well done burgers. Well Arby’s gave me a raw burger! Manager didn’t seem to care. He said “ we serve ours pink in the middle.” So my whole lunch is messed up and all he wanted to refund me for was the burger NOT the whole meal. Won’t be going back ever.

I tried the new burger it is very good. It realy gave my normal go to item of the gyro a run for its money. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well stocked.

Walked out 5 minutes after the night mgr said not to take any more orders….said the drive thru order was at 20 min…..the guy working the line had 2 speeds, slow and slower……drove down to Simpsonville & was waited on promptly

Just bought Greek Gyros. THEY WERE AWFUL! The bread was way to thick and dry it just crumbled when you pick them up. Totally disgusting. Worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. Will not go back.
