If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered the half pound beef and cheddar meal with a apple pie milkshake through drive through first the young guy at the drive through was very rude he forgot my milkshake so I asked for it and he said I gave it to you I said no you didn’t and saw him get it off the counter to give to me I said thank you he said nothing rude customer service for sure and to make matters worse I got home and there was no way that was a half pound of meat it was a regular beef and cheddar and I paid almost $15 for it I should get my money bsck or get coupons or something and if I were arbys I would put someone at the window who doesn’t have poor customer service and the date I got this was yesterday 11/18/2025 around 5:00 in the evening.

Waited over 10 minutes for the food to come out that was going through drive-thru. Cheesesteak sandwich was mediocre at best and my wife and I both threw our fries away they were horrible. Should have went next door to McDonald’s live and learn.
Arby’s Director of Operations Angie C. Called me and expressed her disappointment with my experience with Arby’s. She sent me a meal voucher for my trouble. I will definitely give Arby’s another chance, I do appreciate their customer service. Thanks for listening to me, Angie.
Went back to use the meal voucher. My wife really wanted the fish strips meal. Contrary to what the sign says they do not have them anymore. Just a waste of time going there. Poorly run restaurant. Gave my voucher away and vowed never to return.

Arby’s in Clemson is always my go to Arby’s even though I live closer to others Clemson Arby’s is the best and worth the little extra drive. Their food is always good and the restaurant is always very clean and they have the Best Customer Service of any Arby’s I have ever been to. The reason I always choose Clemson Arby’s over any other Arby’s around my area is the Awesome Customer Service The Good Food And The Clean Restaurant.

They ALWAYS mess something up. I’ve had my beef and cheddar sandwich missing for the THIRD time now. We’ve only been going here for half a year. This happens often enough now for me to write a review. We’ve also had fries, sliders, etc missing in this same time frame. I’m so sick of this location screwing up! It’s not cheap! My husband is back on the way to reorder another sandwich for me, a 18 minute drive, which I’m sure we’ll have to pay for AGAIN. Ridiculous.
