This location is right down the road from my parents’ house, and they are in the process of moving, so there isn’t a lot of food in their house. I decided to order using their app, and I used a 20% off coupon. We ordered two chicken sandwiches, one burger, two ranch wraps, a side of fries, and mozzarella sticks, and it ended up being $37.38. We did not get any drinks. I will be honest- for fast food, that is a lot of money, especially because I used a coupon! The deluxe burger was the most expensive item at around $9, and the person who ate it said it was not good. There was no flavor and it was very mediocre. When I asked everyone else how their food was, they all had the same sentiment about their items. I had a chicken sandwich with no tomato and a side of mozzarella sticks. Arby’s has really good mozzarella sticks, and they are thick and go well with the marinara sauce. The chicken sandwich was good, too. I liked the lettuce and the mayo, and thought that the chicken on it tasted good. However, at around $5, it was a little pricey for the size and quality. Overall, I enjoyed my food items and our order was prepared quickly, so I am thankful for that.

I ordered two beef and cheddar with extra cheese and no red ranch. There was no extra cheddar and red ranch was added. I brought the sandwiches back to the window to have the order corrected. The manager took the two sandwiches out of the bag and put them on the heating table to serve. My fingers were used to inspect the food and it should have been thrown out. The new sandwiches have no extra cheddar. Do not eat here because it is unsanitary.

This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time. I’ve been in here twice and this will be my last time. Again the fries were old and cold I ordered an apple pie – first they forgot it and then once I got halfway home, it was a cherry pie, threw it away. Chicken sandwich was like a piece of rubber – threw it in the trash and the fries that I went back to the window and turned in because they were old all they did was take them and put them back in the deep fryer and give them to me. will never come here again. I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered two meals through the app, and neither order was correct. I paid $0.99 for cheese sauce that I did not receive, and I also requested Arby’s sauce in the app, which was missing from the bag.

When I asked for the sauce at the window, the employee responded with an attitude before eventually giving me some in a cup. We also ordered two cheese sticks and did not receive any marinara sauce. To make matters worse, all of the food was cold.

I frequent the 544 location and typically do not have these kinds of issues, which is why this visit was especially frustrating. I would appreciate this being addressed so future customers — including myself — have a better experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

March 3rd went to the drive through on Myrtle Ridge Rd. I got there at 705 and put in my order, I Drove around and paid.I was told to get behind the two cars that are waiting for their food. By the time the brought out my two $7.99 boxes out it was 731.You should send someone over there to see what the problem is.

Going through drive through Heather seemed to not know how to speak correctly. I had to ask multiple times what did she say in order to understand her. She repeated my order multiple times to me and could not understand 2 number ones with coke, a steak bowl by itself and two chicken sliders. Then they asked me to move to the double yellow lines where there is a homeless lady sitting at the back door with a blanket over her asking for money and cigarettes.

02/24/2026 I came here for lunch with my daughter after we had been sitting at the DMV for several hours. I had jury duty a week before and I had a debit card with money on it for my jury duty time. So I figured I’d use that card to get us some lunch . When we walked inside we were greeted by an older gentleman by the name of Thomas. He was very nice at first… we were nice as well and we even joked that my teenager was not hungry but actually hangry and he said “ well we better take her order first” I said “ yes , feed the beast” lol… we were laughing and everything seemed fine. After we order our food I go to pay for it. I look at the card to see if it was a tap or if I needed to slide it. He took it out of my hands and said “ you don’t know how to work a card” I thought at the time he was being funny since we had already been joking . But then he took my card and put it in his back pocket. I told him, it looked like the order was declined and he said “ you need to run the card again”. I said “ well you have my card so I need it back” at that point his demeanor changed, he gave me my card back and seemed irritated about it. I then ran the card again and asked him “ do I press debit or credit” he said debit. Well it declined again. I then said “ what the hell that is so weird because I just activated my card” I didn’t say it towards him or in a mean way. I told him I would pay with my debit card and once I paid he said “ I’ll bring your food when it’s done” my daughter and myself were the only people in there and I sat at the table closest to the counter so he wouldn’t have to walk far with our food. While I was waiting I called the 800 number on the jury duty card to see what was going on. At that point he walked up to me and told me I needed to move to another table because I was being loud. I wasn’t even saying anything, I was listening to the automated service on my phone pushing the buttons it was instructing me too. I wasn’t even talking. He then moved me to a table that he wanted me to sit at. I didn’t get to choose. I was placed at a table like a little child. At that point A live representative came across the phone and was asking me questions and I was answering him , during that time he grabbed my minor daughter by her shoulder and leaned into her and told her that if I continue to act and cuss like I was, he was going to have to ask me to leave and at that point, I hadn’t even said or did anything. The only word I said was hell at the desk and I never even said it towards him. I didn’t hear what he said to her because I was on the phone with the live representative when I got off the phone, I asked My Daughter what he had said to her because I was worried that he was trying to hit on her and she is a minor. That’s when she told me what he said, and I literally lost my appetite, and I threw my food away, and I told her I was ready to leave. I called my husband and told him what had happened and at that point I decided to call and talk to the manager. She Apologized and said that she was going to talk to him and she did offer to give me our meals again . But I don’t want a free meal or any money back. I’m just in complete shock that he would say those things to a minor and I didn’t even do anything he never even told me that I did anything wrong because I didn’t do anything, he even put my card in his back pocket and I never confronted him on that or cursed at him in anyway. But he went to my minor daughter grabbed her should and leaned in and said that into her ear. I’m literally in shock because I have never had this happen to me before. He didn’t even say anything to me. And then he continued to walk around the area where we were eating and then sat down and just watched us. So if you go here to eat make sure he doesn’t take your card and put it in his back pocket, keep your young daughters away and don’t say the word “ hell” I hate leaving bad reviews but in something like this, I just feel it’s important that the public sees and knows.

Terrible food . Steak bites are nasty got a spicy Buffalo chicken sandwich which had nothing but meat and bread it was suppose to have ranch and lettuce on it wasn’t busy so idk what’s the issue was my first time at Arby’s terrible experience. Also there’s 2 signs on door saying full and part time hiring I asked who to speak to for hiring they said there not hiring take the sign down if your not hiring . 3/10

My wife said, “I don’t know why they don’t have more cars in the parking lot.” I said, ‘ Not sure, can’t be bad, they’re new. Let’s try.”
Food was fast food, nothing bad there. Then we went into the dining room, and it looked like a homeless encampment. We couldn’t find a booth because two booths were taken up with blankets and pillows. Someone was sleeping in the booth, and someone else was surfing the internet with headphones on. I don’t do well with weird. Fast food is fast food. However, they can’t afford to be awkward.
