I never received my UberEats order. I tried calling UberEats support but they said they could not refund me because once the store accepts and makes the food, they can’t do anything. The app says the food was made. I waited about an hour, 3 different drivers, and I never received my order. So I cancelled it. And Uber still charged me 16.74 to compensate the store. I tried calling this Arby’s, but no one picked up. I work in fast food, and when something like this happens we usually just remake the order. If I could just get my refund I would greatly appreciate it and will happily remove this review.

Edit: I believe there’s a way you can ban certain drivers. The first driver, I didn’t even get to see they’re name. I think that first person may have stolen my food. The second person waited 30 mins. And the third person got there and ended the pickup. If there’s anything y’all can do about that, I’d suggest trying to block that first driver

They close to early its a truck stop drivers often arrive after 10 but even arriving at 8:10pm they was already closed. Seems a little dumb for a buisness at a truck stop to close so early they are literally throwing money away.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at an Arby’s. I waited like 30mins for my food but was ok with that because I thought my food would be fresh and good. I got the 2 for $7 roast beef cheddar and some fries. The sandwich was disgusting, tasted like vinegar and the texture of the meat was not right to the point I went and google how it should look. So I politely took it all back the manager didn’t ask no questions of why I wanted to return as if he knew those sandwiches wasn’t right. Never again will I eat there gross. Wish I would’ve took pictures of the sandwich before I returned it.

Moni was working at the Arby’s inside the Pilot on N. Rhett and Remount Road. It was 7PM and she let two customers wait until they just left, then one customer waited tried to order and she said she was out of what he wanted. I walked up and I asked of she had the beef for beef and cheddar she said she had it but she was closed and she has already wiped down her shaver. I asked her when she closed? She said 8PM but she was by herself. I told her its only 708PM, she said fine man what you want 1lb or 1/2lb, and proceeded to say some ppl are so inconsiderate. I said ma’am where I work as a manager at Parkers and if i found out that my employees were turning ppl away I would be upset even when the kitchen is short staffed I expect customers to be taken care of. She was rude, had an attitude and apparently she turned several ppl away until I insisted she make my food. The other ppl came back up and she took their orders. When my order was actually completed she threw the bag on the counter said here… with a lobby full of ppl, a gentleman asked who it was for she said my name and said I was stating right at her which I wasn’t my daughter was. I hve nvr had such disrespectful rude service from an Arby’s better yet an Arby’s inside the Pilot. Someone needs to work on that… nasty nasty service.

Waited and waited while the only worker there was in the bathroom. No problem with that, but then she’s got attitude for days. I walked off. I was very nice after the wait to get rude tone. Do better

This is quite possibly the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had the misfortune of having… anyone see a problem with this picture? Yeahhh there’s NOONE THERE. The 2 cars in front of us left without their food… no wonder why. Sat in this drive through for over 35 minutes for 2 orders of roast beef sandwiches. This is absolutely unprofessional and has completely turned me off to visiting Arbys ever again. Great job drive thru team. This is why Arbys will always come 27th in the fast food industry. Keep up the $h*t work

They put a sign on the drive thru speaker that reads Closed for Maintenance, Hope they all get SENT home for the day WITHOUT pay,

I waited about 5 minutes and no one came to the counter to wait on me. I went and found someone who told me they would be with me in a couple minutes.
I ordered 2 shakes (1 large chocolate and 1 large mint chocolate).
The server brought them to the wall by the pickup area and placed them on top of the partition wall. They had no lids on them and she proceeded to put the whipped cream on top of each one and then put the mint chocolate cut up pieces on top of the mint chocolate shake from a small cup.
She put the lid on the mint chocolate and my husband told her he didn’t want one on the other.

I walked over to the area where the straws were and proceeded to take the lid off the mint chocolate and eat the small pieces that were on top because they were too big to fit through the straw (they were not good to me at all).
The shake itself was not good either. She had taken green mint chocolate flavoring I assume and rolled it around the inside of the cup before she put vanilla shake into the cup then put the whipped cream on top and the chips on top of that. It wasn’t mixed or stirred in any way. If I wanted a vanilla shake with a slight hint of coloring and flavoring then this shake would have been great however I wanted a mint chocolate shake and this was far from it!
I don’t plan to come here again and I sure won’t be ordering a mint chocolate shake from Arby’s again!
The reason for 2 stars is because my husband said his chocolate shake was good.
