Went to lunch today for the kings Hawaiian Fish sandwich. A few bites in, I tasted something burnt. Opened my sand which and my bread was BLACK. I think only half of the top was black which was why I was able to get through part of it without noticing. Needless to say I will not be back.

I have always enjoyed Arby’s and typically have a good experience, which is why this visit was so surprising. Unfortunately, all of the food I received was cold. The quality and freshness were far below what I have come to expect from your brand.
This experience was very disappointing, and it did not reflect the standards Arby’s is known for. I believe this issue needs to be addressed to ensure other customers do not have the same experience.
I would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter and advise on how it will be resolved. I can provide additional details such as the location, date, time of visit, and receipt information if needed.

They’ve got the meats!!!! Cooked to perfection! Fresh! Delicious! Yummy sauces! Great food. Good service. The original slow roasted beef is almost perfect. The Sweet Quarter Pound Brisket Sandwich with Cedric’s sweet BBQ sauce was amazing. Can’t wait to try it with Anthony’s Spicy BBQ sauce. Arby’s never disappoints.

My dad was craving Arby’s, so I happened to take him here. We are very patient people, so we were taking an extended lunch. There were only three total workers in the whole restaurant that day, but man were they determined to get the job done! Our food was fast and fresh even with the limited number of workers. Paid $15 for a soggy mess of a burger, cold stale fries and a slider missing the cheese. Rough day for back line to say the least. Called back and was told I have to be in person for a refund and no sort of void could be done. I worked at Arbys as a GM for 4 years. I know this is 100% false just a lazy mentality.

1st time ever eating Arby’s. The food was horrible. I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich meal large with sweet potato fries. #11 on the menu board. The most thinnest chicken i have ever seen with 2 tomatoes and barely lettuce. The bacon was cold. The sandwich so dry, the sweet potatoes were old. The drink was ok. Drive through employee was nice. I eat out once a week and this was a disappointment. I won’t do it again. I see good reviews from others but for me it was not good.

Ordered a turkey ranch and bacon combo which is about $12. When I got home I opened up my sandwich to find 2 slices of butt bread some grainy mustard smeared on one side a 1/2 of slice of cheese 1 slice of bacon and ranch smeared on the other side. When I tried to call them about it no one would answer the phone. I don’t even eat butt bread at home what would make you think someone would pay $12 for that. They are completely slack for this.

Food is cold. And there’s so much sauce on the sandwich that I am completely discussed and don’t want to take another bite. But unfortunately, I don’t waste my money and I have to eat this nasty mess. And there is no mayonnaise on the brisket sandwich. What satisfaction did you get out of giving me old onion rings on my sandwich and cold meat? I don’t care if it was 10 minutes to close, 20 minutes to close or five minutes to close, don’t ever give me no nasty food again.
Watery flavor tasteless brisket. My favorite sandwich was nasty from this location. Messy presentation. I dont play about my food!
