Came in for dinner and was greeted by Tiana who is a rock star. Great customer service by someone who is working the drive through and the front counter. Store was clean. Food was good for Arby’s. Great visit with exceptional customer service. 5 stars!

I asked for no tartar on my fish sandwich. The lady asked me to move around to the front of the store while they cooked the fish. After waiting my food was brought out and I didn’t check my order. When I got home 4 minutes later I checked my food and there was tartar on my cold sandwich. Every piece of food in that order was ice cold as if it had been sitting there. Never again will I ever spend another dime there!

If I could leave a negative stars I would. Went here tonight (drive thru) after my sons baseball game. Simple order #2 double w/Swiss cheese, potato cakes, and powerade lg. A kids chicken tender w/ranch kids meal, crickle fries, and rootbeer. Then 2 buffalo chicken sliders, 4 pc mozzarella sticks, and a md sweet tea. I get to the window and pay asked for a side cup of the parm. peppercorn ranch. Was informed they made a change it’s no longer a things it’s just creamy ranch but it’s the same…no it’s not had it before its not the same. I asked for a refund bc that ranch makes that slider. They including the GM in training and a shift leader did NOT know how to do a refund. After an employee called someone on the phone i was asked to come inside for that refund. Sure let me put my child’s cleats back on and come inside for our order and my debit card and refund. Keep in mind nobody has asked me if I would like anything else in place of those sliders. I went inside and finally got a refund in cash for my sliders…guess it was the right amount seeing how I never got a receipt for my original order so who knows. I checked our food before leaving my sons bag missing his ranch. My double was a classic with Swiss and we had curly fries no potato cakes. The gm in training was really appreciative of my “understanding” but I was just ticked and ready to leave. I get home to eat and all of our food is cold including my mozzarella sticks which was my only thing to eat at this point and I ended up throwing those hard old things away. Needless to say, we were regulars here and now will NOT be returning. I paid $29 for cold food and a hard time. Please do better if you want to remain in business bc I personally will go out of my way to go to a different arbys location from here on out when we want it. Also want to add this is not the first time we’ve had issues here just the first time im taking the time to write about it. Please retrain your people.

The food was very good and the place was clean and the clerk was sweet. She spoke so quietly I had to ask several times for her to repeat her questions. She needs a little more energy to work the counter but may be new at her job!

Love Arby’s, but this location is never able to complete a drive through meal on time. I am always sent to wait in the parking lot. The fries and mozzarella sticks taste like they were fried from a frozen state. I don’t think I can frequent this location anymore

Got a Reubens. Not fresh. Asked for spicy mustard. They put 1000 island. Sent sandwich back. Asked for spicy mustard packets. They gave me reg. mustard. I told them again I asked for spicy, they said that was their spicy. I said it’s reg mustard. Yes, but that’s what we call spicy. Really disappointed sappo

The curly fries were okay. They would have been a lot better if they were served fresh .The buffalo chicken sandwich was a complete mess . I’m assuming the sandwich is suppose to be messy but something tasted off about the mayo to me . I didn’t like the presentation . The bread way soggy and the overall flavor was questionable. If I wasn’t on a 30 minute break I would have definitely gone in and returned the food . The only thing I really liked was the lemonade but the medium size was like a kids cup to me . Nonetheless I wouldn’t eat here again .

Restaurant is fairly new and dining area recently opened and is very nice and comfortable. Service was good and food came out quickly. My beef n cheddar was really good. Curly fries were hot and delicious and the Greek gyro was really good. Restaurant was clean, with the exception of some tables needed to be cleaned. Drive through is very busy here. Staff was very busy.
