Never go here again!! Dropped 25 dollars for ctappy food. U ordered a double beef and cheddar, and a roast beef hoagie dipper with auju sauce,peppers, onions. Got home and my husband’s sandwich was just a plain roast beef and not a beef and cheddar. My sandwich was plain as well on a stale hoagie. No peppers and no onions. Very low quality food especially for the money!!!! Don’t recommend this place at all!!!!

Pulled up at 902pm had to wait 10 mins before order was taken. Ordered the smokehouse brisket combo, cheese sticks and jalapeño poppers. The sandwich had none of what makes it. I get this on a regular so I know it does NOT come with only meat cheese and BBQ sauce. I paid almost $25 for this order. The only reason the cheese sticks and poppers were fresh because they had to make them which gave them ample enough time to make the sandwich correctly as they weren’t even busy at all.

I had a reuben sandwich. Ok as always on the other hand my daughter had a gyro not sure whats going on shes always had one here but suddenly got sick today afterwards……..may want to check your turkey meat…………not good.

I order the Big Cheesy Bacon Burger Meal. My burger was raw not medium meal when cutting the burger in half it crumbed like ground beef. I don’t recommend getting the sandwich. I got food poisoning from eating

The food was good. We ate in. However, we ordered colleagues food to go and the order was not correct. We came back without food and were unaware until we returned. We reached out to them but they would not make it right. They demanded me drive back 20 minutes for a $6 meal. They refused to refund me for the purchase.

I would rate the food, but we didn’t get that far. It was 8:30 on a Saturday night and they didn’t have the lights on, making us wonder if they were even open. I check the hours and we go back to the drive through where we had to ask the guy to turn the lights on and he said “yeah” then we order mozzarella sticks and his answer is “that’s gonna double your wait time” bro, we haven’t even ordered anything to be doubled. His entire tone said that we were inconveniencing him by being there. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment, hands down.

The service was the worst we have had in a really long time. 5 kids were in the store only 1 did his job properly (French fries). The 2 girls bicker between themselves the whole time we were in the restaurant. The guys were not any better. A different customer asked for the Manger was told no Manger on site. No gloves or hair covers.

this specific location is one of my favorite fast food stops! i moved to forest acres, but was in town so i wanted to get my usual. Lola is the sweetest and does an amazing job! i was accidentally charged for an extra sandwich, refunded, and she gave it to me anyway bc she had already made it, along with the rest of my order. she was very sweet and kind during ordering and checkout, and has great energy! keep slaying
