The manager was rude about a misunderstanding involving an online coupon, then proceeded to force us to wait in line for a second time in order to get the rest of the order we already paid for. Worst experience of service in my life. Spend my days in 120 degrees attics and under houses CRAWLING for my money, to be forced to sit in line for a second time just to get my drinks?? Absolutely pitiful display of leadership in front of, what I’m guessing is, a new employee. The newer employee in question was just doing his job, kind and considerate the whole time.
Awful service, I showed up at 6:20 to order in the drive thru. The lady on the intercom disappeared for several minutes while waiting to order. When she finally showed up to take the order she let me know that they decided to start closing early so essentially half of the menu could not be ordered and the other half has to be made to order. This is horrible service to provide at any fast food restaurant. If the customers are not cared for you will not last.
Do not doordash order from here after 9:30 at the latest. They refuse to make any orders for doordash after 10. If you pull in anywhere close to 10, they will refuse to make it. I was looking at not just one but two clocks in my car that said it was 9:57 and they told me that it was 10:10 according to their system and refused to make the order. This has happened multiple times. I feel bad for the people ordering the food. I’m done with this Arby’s. I won’t eat there anymore because just looking at the building makes me angry now.
If I could put 0 stars I would. I NEVER visit this restaurant but earlier today I thought I’d give it a go. Big mistake! Paid 9buckS for the wetest chicken wrap ever. Its like they poured water all over it before packaging it. And the curly fries were cooked twice, burnt not fresh.GROSS!!!!!
I cannot believe you guys are getting rid of the wraps… It’s a healthy, delicious alternative… The customer rep Courtney allowed me to order it with turkey! Very kind! If the wraps go, so does my business
They were out of what we wanted and offered no substitute or extra for the inconvenience. Drive thru time is really long. All in all not a great place.
I ordered my meal they repeated twice and they checked it and still gave me the wrong sandwich!!! Urr very frustrating when you are in drive thru and cars behind you.

Packed busy and the employees still took the time to greet everyone that walked in the door. Great food, fast service and amazing employees. We will be back.
Dined in, girl at register was texting and didn’t notice we were there. She also had food she was eating by her register. Food was good, better than normal. Then girl came out and sang to a song only she could hear while she wiped down tables. This Arbys always seems to have issues.
