It saddens me to make this review because I love Arby’s. I ordered their new sub that they have advertised and they gave me a hard as brick bread the fries had to have been sitting for a while Because they were beyond stale. I think the only thing they made fresh was the mozzarella sticks. Disappointed for sure!

Everytime I come to this location my order is messed up. In some form of fashion. Tonight, I finally got good sweet tea, and warm mozz. Don’t know why they had me pull up if I was gonna get the burnt fries at the bottom of the pan. It’s cool, I am enjoyed my last arby sandwich from there. Just not worth it anymore. I bought a French Dip and Swiss along with an Beef and Cheddar and they completely forgot about the B&C. Not only that but the guy on the intercom sounded bored as he handed me my food. After getting home and opening the FD&S it was smashed in the middle and most of the roast beef wasnt even chopped up. I just threw it all away and accepted the loss.

Placed a mobile order while in the restaurant for Gyro sandwich with no onions add pickles. Sandwich was piled high with meat and tasted great. Got onions, no pickles though. Discovered the error too late.

I have given this location numerous times and every time they disappoint me. From the service to the food.
One time I pulled up to the speaker, no one ahead of me, and I was asked to “hold on”. I sat there for 10 minutes before pulling off.
Today I ordered a beef n cheddar and curly fries with a cup of cheese. One car ahead of me. Pulled both of us. Waited 17 minutes on my food and IT WAS COLD! What on Earth?!?! Do better!!!

Lauringburg Arby’s is the best Arby’s I’ve had. I live in Fayetteville but go through lauringburg 2 days a week to get to work. And I look forward to those 2 days just for the Arby’s. Always hot and fresh.
