This is what my burger look like three minutes after I pulled away from the drive-through. I called and spoke to someone at this location and she said they were made fresh to order. Does this look fresh? It’s disgusting. Thanks for making me waste eight dollars. I’m sorry I had to give this place one star it was the only option.

I guess when you repeat your order just to make sure, they still don’t listen. I literally asked the cashier twice at the speaker if he heard that I wanted extra tzatziki sauce and no onions on my turkey gyro combo, but what I got was barely any sauce and onions on my sandwich. I got to my destination and was highly upset. It’s like ppl do that stuff on purpose. It was a simple request. And these days if you complain you never know what surprises you will find in your food. When you spend your money you at least expect someone there could follow a simple request. Also, the sandwich looked like it was already made so they just gave what they had instead of making my sandwich fresh. It was literally balled up as if it was rolled into the paper too much. 2nd wrong thing from Arby’s in a week.

As a long-time customer who has frequently spent over $25 per visit, I am disappointed to share my recent experience. I suffered food poisoning after dining at this location and the unprofessional attitudes of both the day and night staff only added to my dissatisfaction. This incident has left me questioning the quality and service I once relied on, and I regret to say I will no longer be returning.

Everytime I order online and come in to pickup my food, I never have any issues. Order is always correct, food tastes delicious & workers always help if I need extra condiments such as ketchup. My go to spot for lunch almost every day. Definitely recommend this location!

Went through the drive thru around 9:30 pm on 2/13/24. I ordered 2 roast beef sandwich meals. The fries were not hot nor the roast beef. I went back around and asked for some fresh fries and the person that came to the window wasn’t even the cashier. I received my fries and arbys sauce. I left and went home. 4:30 am the next morning I woke up vomiting the roast beef that I got from there. Now here it is Friday 2/16/24 and I’m still sick, can’t eat anything. They gave me food poisoning; so please be careful.
