Sandwich was a mess. Had to return to the store for a fresh one that was not thrown together. The wrapping was even torn like someone return it and they gave it to the next person. I don’t know, but it was horrible. The manager dis make me a new one and apologized for it, but they workers should take more pride and have more respect for the customers that a paying for the food and it’s not cheap! They should think about if it were them, would they want their food like that.

Accuracy is virtually non-existent. Although I don’t eat here that often, every time I do there is a mistake in my order. I generally use the drive-thru and because I don’t eat my food until I get home it’s too late to bother going back through. So I repeat my order several times to make sure the employee is clear on what it is that I want. In the past it has been Cherry turnovers when I ordered apple turnovers. This evening I ordered a beef and cheddar, when I got home it was just a classic beef. I don’t know how they stay in business, I can’t be the only one whose orders are filled incorrectly.

The new angus beef Philly cheese steak is very good! But best of all is the jalapeno cheese bites…. I have looked high and low to find them in stores to make myself but they pale in comparison to Arby’s!!!!

I got the new fried strawberry and cream cheese pie. It was basically empty and definitely no cream cheese in it. If ur going to charge almost $3 for a pie u should get it right.
