When I pulled up around 8:55 pm, all 3 worked were outside smoking. The tall male worker even left his cigarette on the side window thing sitting, so I’m assuming he planned to come right back out. Makes me wonder if he even washed his hands. My meal was ready almost immediately when I placed it so I definitely got old, reheated food. The fries were very obviously redunked to heat them up. Very greasy and hard. The sandwich bread was rubbery and flat and the meat so slimy. Sorry but 10$ for fries and a sandwich, it should be edible. But it wasn’t. 10$ to feed the trash can.

I went to this Arby’s last night (12/8/21) and I received food I wouldn’t feed a stray, starving animal. This was the worst excuse of “food” I’ve ever seen from anywhere. I ordered a chicken wrap that was soggy and falling apart from the amount of honey mustard that was put in it. There was 2 strips of old chicken and a little lettuce and honey mustard. I also got the 2 for $6 it was a roast beef and a chicken ranch. The roast beef was soaked in, what I assume is grease, which could not be eaten. The ranch chicken had an entire bottle of what I am guessing is ranch and the chicken broke my dogs tooth. The tomato’s looked like they were weeks old and smelled just as bad. I work hard for my money and this was like lighting $17 on fire. I have yet to reach the managers to get my money replaced as no one answers the phone. I am attaching pictures. I am not trying to be an over exaggerator, judge for yourself when seeing the pictures. It’s a shame that this is what that expensive fast food place is offering. A shame!

UPDATE I contacted Arby’s corporate offices as the manager was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I was I totally offered make it right cards but said I have the food to return and I have zero interest in eating here again. I was promised my money back and still ended up receiving “get it right” cards. I mean we are talking about less than $20. To this huge corporation. It has become the principal. They say reach out to them but when you try it’s dismissed. Hopefully no one gets ill from eating here because you’d be out of luck with them. I have submitted another request for my money back. See what happens. Oh and by the way it took me a month to even receive the cards in the mail.

Quick service and delicious food! Easy in and out of the restaurant parking lot even though it’s on a busy street. The restaurant was clean and employees were very friendly. I recommend trying their French dip, I loved it!

I was at this location stopping for lunch at all my route with Amazon me and my driver go in to get lunch everything is fine The cashier was far on and the server was fine but the manager or supervisor had a real negative attitude towards the staff but it felt like she was projecting towards us which was very unprofessional, also it’s the cashier’s job to ask customer whether or not dinning in or Togo, supervisor was like oh you guys need to tell us you are dinning in or Togo unfortunately that’s not how that works we are the customers cashier is supposed to ask us. Please speak to this person. Also would rate negative 1 on customer service. Until it has changed

The food was spectacular! I’ve always steered clear of Arby’s due to the food but I gave it another try and everything tasted so good. I recommend the buffalo sliders to people who are looking for some spice. The staff were very friendly also. This is where I’ll be eating again in the future.

Fish sandwich was great. It was hot and flavorful. Now the crinkle cut fries were the opposite warm if not cold and and hard like they were sitting under the warming lamp for a long long time.

I love the man that typically works the day shift who gives up the food and takes our order. He’s friendly and fast. The one in Kannapolis they never forget to ask if you need condiments.And they give you time to check your bag before you pull off. Arby’s is one of my fave. Thanks for the great service Kannapolis location!
