Recently relocated to Cornelius from Illinois, where the Arby’s restaurants were God awful. Very surprised and happy with the quality, service, and cleanliness of our local Arby’s here in Cornelius . The roast beef sandwich actually looked like the sandwich you see in the tv commercials, and tasted delicious as well. The staff were very friendly too ! We will be returning customers for sure

Her first day. With a little time on the register she will be fantastic. Super Polite.
Two for dinner. Had two gyros and a double beef. Food was fresh and tasty. Had asked for no tomatoes but gyros came out with tomatoes. Also curly fries were lukewarm. This problem with the fries is an Arby’s wide issue. Even if I say please drop fresh fries they are always warm never hot.
Location was very clean. Will come back.

This particular Arby’s just opened recently and the restaurant and bathrooms are still absolutely immaculate. Everything is handicap accessible. I had a double roast beef and cheddar which was absolutely phenomenal. The restaurant was getting quite busy at lunchtime, but they had enough staff on hand, so there was virtually no extended wait times. The booth’s had padding in the seats and were comfortable, unlike some places that just have hard molded plastic. If you’re in the area, stop bye, I was not disappointed. Hadn’t been to Arby’s in a while and this visit reminded me why. Took forever to get my food, my shake was not even cold and the food was not even hot. My sandwich looked like it had been hit by a truck and thrown into the box. Dont Go Here! If you look at the pic I’m attaching you can see how the bottom bun is not even under the sandwich.

I generally love Arby’s and their terrific sandwiches. I especially love the Super Roast beef which is a roast beef with lettuce and tomatoes and red ranch sauce. But my last two experiences have been poor. The sandwiches had only a few strands of lettuce and end scraps for tomatoes.

Update: I want to extend my appreciation to the manager, Katie, who contacted me to address the situation effectively. She made every effort to resolve the issues at hand. I also want to commend Tim for promptly correcting my husband’s and my order. I am grateful for their dedicated service and for acknowledging the shortcomings in the behavior of the staff, which is typically expected from someone in a managerial position.
My husband and I visited the establishment on February 27th, around 7:00 to 7:20 p.m. During our visit, we encountered a staff member at the sandwich station who displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. She loudly remarked that customers should prepare their own food and made an inappropriate comment about the quantity of food being ordered. This was an unprecedented experience for us, and I believe her conduct warrants serious consideration, including potential termination. She would find it challenging to thrive as an employee at Chick-fil-A, given that the drive-thru and dining area regularly serve between ten to fifteen vehicles daily, with a similar number of patrons in the dining space.
Furthermore, my husband and I were served lukewarm roast beef sandwiches. To our surprise, the employee voiced her displeasure when we asked for cheese sauce to be included. Since we were paying customers, it strikes me as unreasonable for her to grumble about performing her job duties, particularly as she opted to work in this environment.
