Food good most visits service almost always great but if I’m honest other locations are more consistent and this locations dinning room is and has been showing a lot of signs of wear and could use a contractor to fix a lot of small issues that seem to have been developing without anyone addressing for years.

I was at the register ready to order when another employee (man) stepped up to punch in some numbers before the lady took my order. He reeked of vaping. He went back to where the food is prepared. That was gross but I gave my order anyway. While I was waiting for my food to come out I heard the woman say “you can do that, white people don’t like it”. And being the only white person in the place at the time I felt uncomfortable. I won’t go back. This happened last Monday at 12:30 pm.

I love me some Arby’s and did an online app. Food was decent. However when I picked up my order I asked for sauce and the manager told me onlyb1 pack per sandwich. Really? I just spend almost $40 and I get 4

The taste of food was good, I got 3 sandwiches and 3 fries. Went thru drive thru and left, got up the road and told myself I’m going to check my food. I had the three sandwiches but no fries at all, so I had to turn around and go inside and get my fries. And it threw in some coupons for some fries as well. But they were slow, and look to be overstaffed. Do not understand how my fries overlooked.

I love the milkshakes. They dont screw them up. Its not to smooth and not to thick where id have to get a spoon. Also mozzarella sticks are nice and hot. Service is also very good.

I don’t often write reviews, but I had to for this one. Hadn’t been to Arby’s in long time, I thought I would give it another chance. Ordered the food online. Took me less than 10 minutes to get there to pick up. Food was bagged and ready to go. I ate a couple of fries on the ride home, they were cold and dry. Got home had to put all the food in the microwave because it was cold. I got the fish sandwich on the Hawaiian bun, and it was horrible. It had absolutely no taste. How does a fish sandwich have no taste? I didn’t even finish eating it and threw it away. My son got the deluxe hamburger, the patty was dry, chewy and no flavor. My husband got the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. It literally tasted like a sandwich you would purchase at a gas station on whole wheat bread. Such a waste of time and money. I think I am completely done with going to Arby’s. Their food use to be so good, especially the fries. We tossed those too. They were cold, dry and had no seasoning on them, not even salt! Warming them back up in the microwave didn’t help. So disappointed. It’s late and I’m still hungry.

I’m sitting in the parking lot at the drive-thru right now and it’s 9:40 p.m. and they close at 10:00 and nobody’s answering. I drove up to the window and they look at me and that’s about it. Y’all need to get it together!!!
