I was in your arbys tonight. And yes granted I was on the phone with my wife she couldn’t make her mind up so im back and forth with her. So I go to walk in and one of the young male employee actually tries to literally attack me for no reason I never said anything to him or done anything in anyway to provoke him in anyway im disabled im on disability and I was really scared for myself he is a young healthy young man and im all broke up and the manager just laughed and said to the young man you need to stop .I left i promise I will never go back to a arbys anywhere .I don’t understand why you hire people like that

I recently went through the drive-through and ordered one small item. They were not very friendly or polite when they took my order and my payment. They did not say anything to me, but once they took my payment, I had to wait over eight minutes for my order. They never informed me that it was going to take a while before they took my payment. When they brought my food to me, they did not apologize whatsoever very rude service.

No roast beef at 1030pm and they don’t close until 11pm. Drive thru acted annoyed that we asked for roast beef.
Update 3/3/26…..went to drive through at 1036pm. No one answered. Staff standing around. We won’t be back

When you haven’t been to a restaurant in years and you finally go, and the order is awful. No lettuce no tomato no crunchy onion straws that I added, just plain chicken on a bun. Come on. Last time, what a waste. I was the only customer there, too, and they still can’t make a simple single sandwich correctly.

Ok food, atmosphere was atrocious. Was super smoky. I thought something was on fire. Floor was beyond sticky. My shoes will require cleaning. Counter tops covered in trash and soda. Soda machine looked like something was growing in bottom tray. Condiments were empty.

Worst experience ever at a arbys. I’m from out of town. drove through the drive through just 20 min ago. I asked for a #6 NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO! Do you think I got this? no. and I don’t find out till I’m back home. I had to tell them my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. with no-one at this restaurant inside or in drive through. it took 5 min to get me my incorrect meal.

Cute Lil guy nice who took order.
It took a while because they forgot to put down poppers, BUT…. he did add extra for the wait. Very sweet.
The main problem was the cleanliness..The windows and window sills, plus the tables were nasty, dirty, greasy and tons of flies everywhere..very disgusting and the problem should fixed immediately if anyone wants to eat inside. We had to leave because of the nastiness..couldn’t stand to eat there by any means. It should be reported ASAP.
