Don’t visit right now. Came here Monday April 21st, some neck tattooed guy took my order, don’t care about that, but sat down, waited 20 minutes for food, the kitchen worker threw a sandwich at a guy in the dining room that had been waiting an hour. Everyone standing in a crowd staring at kitchen employees. People beside us had been waiting over 40 minutes, it was 1240pm at this point. My wife and I got up and left even though we paid for our food. Wasn’t worth the bad juju. No matter what they had served, I wouldn’t have eaten it. This is depressing; we come here all the time, and Little General usually has better working standards. Those employees were understaffed but kept taking orders with no notification that they might not be filled. Unfortunately, won’t be going back. I worked for Little General so I know the expectation for service is higher. Still waiting on a refund. For management, ordered a half pound roast beef and a #2 classic combo with medium fries, drink, and cheese sauce and a small drink.

I didn’t go in but the food was sub par. We got the beef and cheese sandwich neither one of them were put together right, not hardly any cheese or sauce. But that’s what happens when you don’t pay your employees enough and you overwork them .

Food was standard Arby’s. Really good when hot, and it was. Unfortunately it took an unreasonable amount of time to order and receive the food. A good half hour at least for my friend and I once we placed our order.
Staff was very friendly and did their best despite this.

I never go to this particular store and I’m glad that I did I went through the drive-thru it was extremely fast they were very courteous and got my order right the first time you might see it as a hole in a wall next to a truck stop but I see it as the mecca that has the meats.

Pre-ordered a meal online 15 minutes before we got there. We got there right as it said it should be done and no other customers were there.
Our food wasn’t done, and we had to wait another half an hour. While a worker stood at the counter and gossiped with one of her friends that came in while we sat there waiting. Forcing her co worker to run the drive through, and cook all at the same time by himself.
And then our order ended up being wrong, but we felt to bad for him to take it back.
Might wanna re-consider getting a new couple of workers or something.

Haven’t had Arby’s for a long time. Conveniently located at our pit stop, we decided to have a quick bite on our second day road trek. Adverse to seasoning on my food, fairly salty for my taste. My fellow traveler’s were also in agreement. Pricing was reasonable and they had at 2 for $7 deal. Service was excellent, gave them a five star.

Wow, this place needs new managers….the food was ok, but the service was slow. They got the order wrong and forgot a sandwich, but then took a sandwich from another order to give me, and of course, it was also wrong. I had to have him give me the bacon so I could add it to the burger myself. The inside was in desperate need of renovations, I sat on one of the benches that had padding on it, but the padding was so worn out I hit solid wood. The owner really needs to step it up because I can’t be the only one who wasn’t impressed

There prices have become insane. I ordered for me and my daughter I got just a sandwich she got a meal and it was 25.82 since we don’t get to eat out often I felt like it was a treat until I received my good. Sandwich was so thin with meat her fries cold. They didn’t put the cheese on her sandwich. All in all I was disappointed.
