Is EVERYONE who works here brand new? I’m the only one here and it took 5 minutes to order a fish sandwich? My curly fries were mixed with mixed with other kinds of fries. Not a good experience.

Placed an order in the drive thru for a double roast beef and a half pound beef and cheddar. Got home and the double had around 4-5 small pieces of roast beef (nothing near a double) and the half pound beef and cheddar roast beef looked raw. Both sandwiches smelled rotten and were inedible. Contacted Arby’s customer service and they never got back with me. Terrible experience and a waste of $25.

Strongly recommend! I placed my order to be delivered by Door-Dash, not expecting what I got. I was very impressed the food quality was great, the delivery time was great, but I got a huge surprise when I received my order. All my food was sealed with an extra layer of protection, Arby’s added seals on my food to prevent tampering with. An extra layer of protection for health and safety reasons. Thank you Arby’s for going above and beyond to protect your customers, I will be ordering again. Job well done! 🙂 The Milkshakes are great also. *****

This drive thru has got to be the absolute slowest on earth. And, we ordered a kids meal with crinkle fries and a bottle of water. The employee recited the order, incorrectly, before we paid. We corrected her immediately, but were handed a meal with curly fries and an apple juice!

Arby’s food has really gone downhill lately. Now the roast beef tastes dry and the buns are these large, full-of-air, lousy tasting buns. I tore off half and didn’t even eat it. It’s gotten to the point that the only item left unmolested by the corporate bean counters is their Gyros. Scratch decades of being a roast beef sandwich fiend. No mas!
