My mom ordered a burger. It was so messy. The pickles were so hard you couldn’t bite thru them. The person taking our order talked so low that we couldn’t hear a word they were saying and they made zero eye contact.

Wouldn’t give one star but it makes you order mac and cheese, it was old and clumpy. My brother ordered a burger and fries. The burger was half raw fries were very cold. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich that was cold and cheesesteaks. That was also cold.for the amount of money we pay for a food. Everything should have been right and hot will never order from arbys gain.

I ordered a chicken wrap for 7.19 and mozzarella sticks for 4.19. My husband got a Spicy Roast Beef for 5.29 and curly fries for 3.49. My wrap was ice cold and the American cheese was dried out and golden colored as well as the lettuce was wilted and black in some spots. My husband’s roast beef was cold as were his curly fries and they didn’t have the spicy mayo for his sandwich
So it wasn’t spicy after all. I ask for ranch dressing instead of marinara sauce for my cheese sticks a ND we waited so long because they had to go somewhere to get it and never came back. I fed the chicken out of my wrap to our dog that’s how good it was. Employees were to busy playing around and laughing that the customer had to wait to order, receive and pay. Not a quality place mor does it give a quality product. I over paid for dog food basically

Literally slop.
When taking the sandwich back, even the manager said it looked like it had been sitting for hours.
The second sandwich was also only half ass made, but at least was mostly edible.
I’ve been to many different Arby’s, and I’ve never been served food like this.
