Order is rarely correct. We always order the double roast beef and Greek gyro just as they come. They give me the beef and cheddar, the Greek gyro is given plain. When our order is correct it’s really good. We never order beef and cheddar. Wait time is usually a bit much also especially when you’ve pre-ordered with the app.

A couple weeks ago I came to this location to try the new ham and Swiss melts, 2 for $7. They were great. Good deal, looked just like the ads.
Today I went back, same location, roughly the same time of day, and got the same thing. There was hardly any ham at all on both my sandwiches! That is some insanely lax quality control. Felt like a total rip-off.

I recently had a bad trip to Arby’s I’m not sure if it was just a busy day or what but it wasn’t a good experience. I received a thing for two free sandwiches because of this and I used those tonight. They redeemed themselves greatly. Delicious food. Thank you for dinner!

we’re regulars and this is now the worst place and staff in lexington!!! seems like they got a whole new staff… very rude.. food was old and disgusting! bugs inside the foyer as soon as you walk in. so dirty. and they don’t know how to talk to people especially the new general manager that took over and the blonde headed lady needs a new job!! she’s obviously a higher up. what happened to this location??? will never be back!! i would give ZERO stars if i could. also came here about a week ago and they was closed 10 minutes early!! all the light were off and no one answered me at the speaker. don’t waste your time here. the ladies that were here before really knew how to run this place it’s since went down hill!

If only this were the first time we have had problems here. Although other Arby’s locations will gladly sub turkey for the other meats available on the gyro, this one will never do it. That’s fine, though; maybe the other locations were going the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I would’ve found something else from the menu, but this is the second time we’ve been told that there were no burgers thawed, and my BF really wanted a burger. We left. It was 3:30 p.m., so when were they planning to thaw the burgers? Anyway, there was no apology or offer of something else. This is typical of the apathetic employee attitude in this Arby’s. There were no other customers either inside or at the Drive-thru. Perfect time to be defrosting those burgers.

Admittedly, I don’t get to Arby’s as often as I used to, but I still like to go from time-to-time, and when I went today I learned they no longer have a “Ham-n-Cheese” sandwich! Very sad! I’ve been getting Ham-n-Cheese sandwiches at Arby’s for years — until now. The restaurant was clean, but the staff was less than happy to be at work, to say the least. The manager dude was cool; especially when he hooked me up with a custom Ham-n-Cheese, but it was like pulling teeth to get it! I also noticed that the good ol’ fashioned delicious buns are no longer being used — also disappointing! Overall, not a horrible experience, but not wonderful either!
Oh, one more thing, the HV/AC unit, or something, was making a repetitive deep bass noise that drove my wife and I absolutely crazy — PLEASE stop the droning noise — grrrrrrr!

My food was great and the ladies we experienced were nice but this restaurant looks like it’s falling apart. I feel like contacting Arby’s corporate, as the nice employees deserve a nicer restaurant to work at and as a Arby’s lover, I expect some consistency when I stop in on a road trip. If you can look past the dilapidated, dated dining area, it’s a normal Arby’s.

Its Arby’s. ♂️ The service is very hit or miss. I placed an online order about an hour before I wanted to pick it up. The app asked me what time I’d be there and I entered the info. When I got my food it was all cold and I asked for a replacement. I was told, very rudely, that they make it when you order it and that they dont pay attention to the “time”.
