The men’s rest room smelled. There wasn’t a hand air dryer or paper towels in the mens room. The napkins were empty. An employee was sitting on the counter were they serve the food. We will not stop again.

Really, really nice Arby’s! It was so clean inside. The staff was super nice and helpful. We were greeted at our table by Gloria who told us she’s the hostess and could help us with anything we needed. She was constantly cleaning the restaurant. I felt very comfortable eating inside during the pandemic because she was sanitizing everything.
Food was great!! Hot and delicious.

I was traveling back to Virginia and I was Gering hunger pangs for something different. I kept seeing signs for Arby’s and I knew I had to stop in to get their beef-n-cheese sandwich with curly fries. This particular Arby’s wasn’t busy, so I was treated to some first rate customer service. The facility was not set up for dine-in only takeout. However, I didn’t mind I just wanted to sink my teeth into my order, and of course, I wasn’t disappointed. The sandwich was prepared like I’m use to with the cheese mend onto the meat, making every bite as enjoyable as the first. Now, roast beef had never been my go to meat, but the way is prepared at Arby’s makes it a pleasure to eat whenever I am at their facility. Don’t take my word for it, try one.

We dropped in for lunch today, went inside to place our order. Stood there as we watched staff walk by ignoring us multiple times no eye contact no acknowledgement. The manager Alexa (pictured) walked by again ignoring us so we asked when our order will be taken. She snapped at us in a sarcastic voice “we will be with you in a minute”. We left. Not a fan of total disregard or disrespect.

What’s not to love about arbys? Oh besides the fact that you can spend restuarant prices at a fast food environment. The iltalian was what I ordered on this day and as usual the sandwich was good. Service was speedy enough and the person that served me was nice.

Working in customer service I know how bad the employment rate is and all the nasty negative comments. But seriously everyone could do better. This is a large curly fry. The carton isn’t filled. Ordered two kids meals and only one child got a toy, on top of that the cheese sauce was on its side and the other upside down why the outside of the sandwich looks like this. Please care about your job or leave no one is holding you there.

Don’t come here if you are looking for any kind of customer service and especially if you are looking for a quick meal. More people leaning and chit chatting then working. Young punk with what seemed to be an absolute hate for his job working the front counter had nothing but turtle speed and an unwillingness to actually help/serve a customer. Multiple tables were left dirty, receipt printer was supposedly not working (but worked fine for others). Wont be back again.

After waiting for a good amount of time we inquired about our order only to learn someone just clicked past it without even filling it. The place was not busy so this was quite annoying. The tables were not wiped down and the restroom was not clean. We were passing through and decided to stop only to be disappointed.

$18 for the new Cheese Steak Combo. Don’t make the mistake that I did. I like salt, but this was Ridiculous. Way to salty and it was like the Steak had been prepared in a blender. The Sweet Tea was luke warm colored water, Zero Tea flavor. For $18 there are much better options. Applebees, Golden Coral, Cracker Barrel etc. I like Arby’s most of the time but this Cheese Steak won’t be on the menu long.
