The drive thru worker was kind, respectful and counted my cash back to me. Something that should be done more frequently at other establishments. The food was hot and fresh. Very pricey so we can’t eat there as often as we would like. But the customer service keeps us coming back.

We love Arby’s and come here quite often and have never had a problem with obnoxious employees until our last experience while sitting in the drive through waiting on our food. Where we observed multiple grown employees behaving like children giggling, and genuinely just playing around. I am all for fun in the work place as long as you can keep your drive through times up and your jokes are not at your customers expense. Please note that we had been sitting at the window for well over 5 minutes. Whenever one of the ladies working the drive threw said to her co workers “oh let me go get Mr large milkshake his shake” referring to my boyfriend. while rolling her eyes and making sarcastic hand motions. Also note that we personally know this grown 30 year old woman and we are not even 20 years old. Felt immature and unprofessional.

Stood in their lobby for 9 mins waiting to be acknowledged, for a pick up order they claim to not have. Ridiculous lazy employees doing nothing but still can’t great customers or offer any assistance! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! What happened to customer service do we just not give a shit about the people paying our bills??? Without customers you stop getting a paycheck think about that

Basic sandwich was on the small side, fries were OK, soda was fine. Not worth $9 plus tax, but better value than McDonald’s and Burger King. And don’t expect much with the milkshake as the “regular” is about the size of a juice glass and the “large” isn’t much bigger. As small as the shakes are the prices are opposite—outrageously big.

I love arbys. But I do not like the fact that they still have the lobby closed especially when its rush hour and you don’t have time to wait in a long line.. COVID isn’t enough to keep the lobby closed anymore. It times for American to move forward its been over a year already. When is enough, enough???

This location is slowly getting more staff in and the food has improved. Only 4 stars because there is one drive thru attendant who is rude and never helpful. We usually do a lunch run here for the whole office and if she is working she says they don’t have drink trays. There is never a problem getting a drink tray unless this one attendant is at the window. Try the bronco berry sauce lol

Was excited to give the white cheddar mac and cheese a try. A few bites in and I noticed something gross growing in the seam of the cup. Whateverthe cup was contaminated with was only coming from the inside seam and there didn’t appear to have that color anywhere else. I threw the rest of it away. I’ve worked fast food before and understand it well enough to know I was not going to finish the meal.

Fries were cold and hard even right at dinner time and the place was incredibly empty, but the double cheddar beef sandwich was good. Tea wasn’t sweet and while fresh, it was hot and melted a cup full of ice. Milkshake was good though. Had to repeat our order to the cashier twice. We just ate our food and left, didn’t bother complaining, but we won’t be back.
