We decided to try Arby’s since it had been a couple of years after a bad experience in the Vegas area Instead of driving to the new one at the truck stop that was real close to us I decided to stop at this location I kind of wish I hadn’t. The staff is friendly the food, (most of it) was pretty decent but this burger with a bunch of burnt bacon crumpled on it, was disgusting, obviously we did not eat it. This attempt to reconnect with Arby’s was disappointing. I should have left when I arrived and was told that they were out of the Philly cheese. I tried the brisket but it was terrible maybe I’ll try Arby’s again in a few years. $44.00 wasted

So I went through the drive-thru was expecting a good Arby’s Market Fresh sandwich like they make it sound I have gotten this before it was like a turkey bacon sandwich on honey wheat bread when I got it before it was toasted it had sharp cheddar cheese leaf lettuce… this time at the Arby’s in Salem Virginia I got it it was not toasted it had shredded lettuce and the cheese was like plain old Kraft sandwich cheese nothing was warm it was all cold not a very good sandwich at all the fries were cold I took them back in he gave me more they looked about the same maybe it’s the grease they need to change I don’t know too expensive for not to be alright. I have to agree with some of the other people this Arby’s is very disappointing!

A tad bit pricey but for the age of the place it’s been kept up pretty good. Our drive-thru attendant was exceptionally nice and well heard. She seemed very ept at her job.

I see why AI and kiosks are the thing. 1 beef and cheddar, 1 regular with lettuce and tomato and they couldn’t get that right. Cold fries at 5:30pm. It’s been a hard enough day without dinner being a hassle.

They got my order right, and my food tasted good. There were napkins and condiments and so forth. Good enough.
But definitely not first-class or anything to recommend it. Every station was dirty (not filthy, but napkins were strewn, straws were in disarray). Trash cans needed emptying, tables had crumbs on them. There were only three people working, and while the inside wasn’t busy, the drive-through was, so maybe they were too busy to clean.
But I got what I wanted, so I’m happy. Nothing to deter, nothing to recommend.

The place was in the middle of being cleaned but you couldn’t tell what had been cleaned or what was dirty. The counter had lids all over it. The paper cups for sauces were on the nozzles. It looked greasy all over. Skeleton crew doing best they could and the girl who took my order was friendly. Took a bit to get my order. And its been two months since their machine worked so no shake yet again. How can you run a restaurant and have faulty equipment for that long? I don’t come here often and its because my experiences here tend to mirror each other although in times past they were even worse with uncaring and unfriendly staff. They really need to get this place in order.

Worst experience with a restaurant in a long time… Went through the drive-thru then had to park and go in because cashier did not give me all of my change… Had to wait 5 to 10 minutes so the manager could count the drawer as if I was lying about it.. by the end my food is now cold.. regular fries mixed in with curly fries so it proves quality control is at a very minimal at this place… Go somewhere else.. don’t try this place

Dirtiest restroom I’ve seen in a while and that’s before the lunch rush. Cleanest part of it was the urinal and that’s saying something. Otherwise enjoyable visit.

Firstly, service at this location is incredibly slow. Secondly, I’ve ordered a half pound beef n cheddar from here twice in the last month and both times the sandwich had no cheddar. Tried multiple times to call and never got an answer from anyone. Stay away.

Well, I will start out by saying they did not have any roast beef. That is what this restaurant specializes in. The other menu items were being rationed however the price remained the same . I paid a little over $10 for the brisket meal and this is what I got. I truly hate this, it will be a long time before I visit this restaurant again.
