Went around 7 pm on 01/05/2026 women’s bathroom very disgusting very rough looking, was eating heard all the employees cussing, hollering real loud had to wait 20 mins for our food ( lady said 10 mins on roast beef cause it was cooking) food was good tho!

Came by to try the new steak nuggets! I was honestly better off ripping up some beef Jerky and throwing it in their Mac and cheese. The Mac is always great it always has been. But just because you add something great to something that shouldve never happened, doesnt mean it will be any good. The steak nuggets tasted no better than original beef jerky.

absolute Rockstar team. during a busy lunch rush they had only 3 people working. and although service was slow, they remained polite and apologetic the whole time. Came inside today just Just wanted a Jamocha shake, The kid I think her name was Miles was so rude and unethical. She gave me a chocolate shake no syrup on top. she was very rude, the manager Andre he just stood around looking not even working himself, I will never visit again. This restaurant was the dirtiest I’ve walked into. The food was bare minimum! The fountain drinks are dirty there is dirt coming out into the cups. Cook is walking from front end touching counters with gloves on going back into the back to cook food WITHOUT changing gloves. They were not friendly did not care about the customers at all.

We couldn’t get service unless we placed an order in their app, then we couldn’t get any of the sauce (even tho it was paid for, and we showed it on the receipt) then when they did decide to give us the sauce the cashier tossed it at my mother. I would give zero stars if I could.
