Went by to grab dinner. I wish they had the onion rings back, but got the curly fry and chicken sandwich with a drink, the lettuce wasn’t as fresh, the sandwich was decent, the fry’s for a medium was small, and the large drink was more like a regular size cup. Up charge for lemonade, . The service was good . People are friendly, plenty of parking, restaurant was clean. It’s a good place to grab a bite. Price is a little high. So grab a coupon .

Tried to order drive thru- after waiting 15 minutes, pulled up to find out I can’t pay by card unless I go inside. Go inside- there is a roach on the floor- no thank you- appetite ruined- I’ll find another place to eat- get pest control out there asap! This used to be a great place to go….

I don’t know what is wrong with this Location near Kiln Creek on Arthur drive in Yorktown, Virginia, just about every time I go, there’s something wrong. Half the time, the milkshake machine doesn’t work. And that’s happened about 3 times over a few months. Then one time they ran out of beef… how does that happen?, and then today there’s a tacky sign pasted over the speaker to say, hello, which I do, then find they’re ONLY accepting cash at the window… that I would have to come inside???? ….what is the difference they take a credit card inside , but not at the window? Hampton is a much better location. THIS PLACE IS SO DISAPPOINTING.

I walked in and had someone take my order within 30 seconds. I don’t usually get greeted with a good afternoon anywhere, but I did here. I ordered a large classic reuben sandwich meal. The food was ready in about 4 minutes. Everything was fresh, the fries were hot, and the bread was soft. The soda wasn’t bitter. The bathroom was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and was overall clean.

Missing items in the bag. Drive through was not working and had to go inside. No sign on drive though to let customers know. Staff not helpful. Staff was just sitting around in there phones while customers waited in line to order. In person waited 4 mins before they looked up that they had people waiting.

Garbage strewn parking lot
Sticky floors and wobbly tables

This place used to be okay, but now it’s pretty awful. The management either doesn’t know how to fix it or they don’t care. I like Arby’s food, but this location is a poor reflection on the company.

Had a gift card and decided to try a burger. The drive thru cashier complained several times during the transaction about how she hated gift cards because they wouldn’t scan easily. I have her cash to cover the balance due and in her irritation, she neglected to give me my change. It was less than a dime so I blew it off, but still. The order was correct but the fries were skimpy (the container was only partially full), but at least they were hot. The burger was okay but I wouldn’t order it again. It didn’t seem fresh. It was more like something that had been cooked before and reheated. I think I’ll stick to roast beef, or the chicken bacon Swiss.

The service was poor as soon as I walked in, nobody greeted me. It was almost like they were just Zombies. Service could’ve been better. This is December 22, 2025 at 11:11 AM.

2 sandwiches and they could not get it right. After 3 trips to the front counter to fix it , they still couldn’t get it right. We finally gave up and ate the food even though it was wrong after the 3rd attempt. This is a horrible excuse for an Arby’s.
