We ordered via the drive through. Fries were cold. The classic roast beef and chicken sandwiches were tasty enough. Bur we were asked to pull forward when no one was behind us. I thought it was because they were making fresh food, but it was all Luke warm temperature… except the fries, those were cold. The person at the register was nice though. I didn’t rate atmosphere since we didn’t go in at all.

Service was slow, we waited about 30 minutes for 2 of their box deals. They were very good when we got it. Its an amazing deal when feeding 4.

Look in the restaurant no one. So yes thought I will just go through the drive thru and get my food. One person in front of me 20 minutes I waited and left. The service should not take 20 minutes and was not busy. Can’t and will never stop again.

These people gave me an undercooked, raw, nearly still cold/frozen burger! I was so hungry I didnt even notice until the 3rd bite, thinking it was the condiments that was really making it cold. I called the establishment around 7 times back to back before getting an answer, spoke to manager Tasha and she informed to get another burger the next day and that all the burgers are cooked between 160 degrees and 200. Time went by about 40 mins in my stomach began to turn and flip (feeling never got before as I have never had food poisoning of my knowledge or similarities. I threw up like 50 mins in trying to hold it in at work, then I got diarrhea. It was so bad I was in fetal position at work and had to leave 4 hrs into my shift missing out on money. I will never order again, I will be contacting regional/district manager as this is the worst Ive ever felt from a burger I was so excited about getting. After many minutes looking up reviews online to see if someone had a similar experience or even to see how the burger was supposed to be properly cooked. Its like they missed a step or just simply slapped a RAW burger on my bun!! I never cried so bad from a stomach pain in my life it literally felt and still feels like my stomach had fireworks. This is unexceptable, & another burger will not cut it for me!

Stopped at Arby’s to grab sandwiches for the kids & WOW I was blown away by Ms. Christine and Mr. Hollis!!! Amazing customer experience!! They were both attentive and so kind!!

Extremely disappointed in my service this morning. I had to wait about 10-12 minutes when I was told it would only be 1 min wait. Then when I went back inside I was told it would be made now but I requested a refund because I knew about this point the food would be rushed. It exactly was. The food was messy and cold. Headed to church so I had no time for a remake. Definitely disappointed.

Don’t eat here unless you want food poisoning. I ordered about $30 worth of food and my chicken sandwich was raw. I didn’t know medium rare chicken was an option. The whole meal was ruined since the sandwich was the last thing I started to eat I ended up getting food poisoning and throwing up everything that I ate before that. Went to get a refund and was told I could only get a refund for the chicken sandwich. $30 of food wasted and only $8 refunded. I will never eat at Arby’s again and will warm my friends about this location.

Rude staff the few times ive been. Either food wasn’t made right and they gave me attitude for bringing it back, in addition to meat being cold another time and letting them know, they took offense to me letting them know the meat was cold. Another trip they took the trash out and didn’t put bags in the cans. I didn’t want to throw trash in the can without a bag so I sat it next to a table by the cans and the staff member went unhinged on me, telling me to throw it away, i explain there’s no trash bags. It took one of the young team leads. Probably a high schooler to calm the other employee down. And the thing is she’s the one who took out the trash and didnt put the bag in. Wish I just threw it in the trash can so they had to clean it, but with the attitude i’m sure she wouldn’t have and just left it for another co worker. I haven’t been back since and I always give places a couple chances. Just won’t eat Arby’s.
