This was my first time at this Arby’s…the service was fantastic and quick! The food was hot and delivered quickly. One word of warning… the drive thru is very narrow! It was a surprisingly easy in and out though, with a traffic light to help you get back on the main road.

Today is 12/21/25 and I came here at about 2:30 Thank you so much for hiring the manager Jim who took my order in a model way that people should know at every store in every city and every state! When I asked for something else other than the fries he said he could give me the jalapeno cheese thingies with an up charge. I was very happy that he disclosed this and didn’t just add it to my bill so I’d think it would be the same price as I saw posted on the menu. Please also give him a raise or bonus and also Vincente who was the one that took my order when I came to the window. What are great team thank you thank you thank you!!! And Merry Christmas

Came in on a Sunday (today 21 Jan) and we were the only ones here. The order took 15-20 minutes while we stood at the counter watching 4 employees. We did not get our drinks and had to tell them when the one staff member brought our food over and the fish sandwich sat on the tray on the counter in front of us. The only thing fresh was the kids chick nuggets. The fish was cold the gyro pita bread was hard and the fries were all like warm at best. The worst experience we have every had at an Arby’s. I usually choose this over other fast food restaurants as they have a variety.
Update: This Arby’s was generous in sending me three free meal coupons to make up for their not so great night we showed up. We have not used them yet but did dine at another location and had another good experience.

Time to update the review based on my most recent visit: today. I got the new sweet heat chicken sandwich (I wanted a fish sandwich but I couldn’t find it on the menu) and crinkle fries… the fries are still yummy, maybe a little salty but that’s OK… the sandwich was a mess…I couldn’t even get the bottom bun unstuck from the box and the whole thing tasted stale. You would think these fast food places would have better quality food now that people are paying $12 for one meal…

Many of the tables were a little dirty, just some crumbs spread out. There embassy 1 person taking orders and serving, not sure how often they go out to clean up but the guy was hustling. The bathroom was OK. The roast beef gyro was delicious but the fries were not hot.

Look- this is Arby’s. Nothing too special about the food, except that it is decently good for fast food. The Arby sauce is a go-to with anything I order… keep in mind the gap between my most recent order and my previous order has been about 20 years. It’s good in a pinch.

I came through the drive thru yesterday tuesday around 8, the girl that served me was so rude , i believe her name tag said lilly, it was so bad that at some point it made want to just drive off, she constantly looked at her phone and was giving me an attitude when i was asking the simplest questions, honestly the food was great , i just did not like her service and feel as if she is ruining the team because everytime that i’ve came here, everyone is so welcoming unlike the experience i had with her.
