Last night, I picked up som food after a long day of work because I was hungry. I got a chicken sandwich and curly fries with Arby’s sauce and ketchup, and my drink was a lemonade. When I went home to eat my chicken sandwich was burnt i took a bite and it was as hard as rock and it was already late i was hungry didnt eat all day and I didn’t feel like going to return it because last night was colddddd so I ate it and my curly fries were super cold and definitely not fresh no problem I ate it still not to mention my lemonade was tasteless cool no problem 5 minutes later im on the toilet i was on the toilet for 30 minutes I will never eat here again and don’t advise anyone else to eat here either theres a different Arby’s on north ive never had a issue at but this one is completely unacceptable ive never left a bad google review before but my experience was so bad I slept on it and still decided to leave a review i get it it’s late night and no one wants to work and everyone wants to go home idc if the food was cold i have a microwave but a burnt patty really?? I sincerely hope this Arby’s goes out of business

This is ridiculous!
Didn’t snap a pic of my fries. I ate them on the way home. Dug in the bag about 4 times. I swear it was like 10 crinkle fries that I ate!!! And non were spilled in the bag. I feel shorted by this order!! This is why I rarely eat out anymore!

Arby’s is a good fast food place for a quick gyro or sandwich. I dig some of their seasonal options, like the loaded fries or orange shake. There’s lots of good places in Salisbury to get a good sandwich, but Arby’s is fast and relatively cheap.
You get really good deals during happy hour.
Have never had any substantial issue with this location: sometimes a few tables need to be clean or stuff needs to be swept or some sauces are out or some staff members feel a bit inexperienced, but I’ve never once had a bad time here.

I’ve been going to Arby’s since I was a kid and other than great tasting food, I’ve always noticed theycre so much friendlier than other fast food joints!
This place proved me right today by going above and beyond and doing some custom catering for my cousins baby shower. I told them my idea and what I want to do and they where more than happy to help and it was quick too! Plus the food was amazing and cheap!
I got all this and two sodas for $15 and some change!
You gotta try this place!

Was served raw meat she claims their meat comes already cooked. For the price of 11.64 i shouldn’t receive anything that looks like this and the worst part is a manager clain she made it her name is pj i think pj needs more training.

Kerry, the cashier/associate, should, without a doubt, be managing this restaurant, PERIOD! He is very professional, he is very intelligent, and he just exudes good vibrations, all around! You guys need to recognize REAL talent when you see it….and when customers see it before you guys do. Give that guy a BIG raise! You will be fortunate to hang in to him! He may own the place one day, if you all are so lucky to keep him on!.
