Visited Arby’s around lunch time, place wasn’t busy, ordered the Turkey Gobbler Sandwich, a White Cheddar Mac and Cheese, and a Coke. The place was neat,, service was good, People were friendly, order was out within 10 minutes. The Turkey Gobbler Sandwich had tender turkey, mayo, crispy onion, stuffing,and cranberry sauce. It was a good holiday combination, but the added stuffing made the sandwich a bit doughy for me. The White Cheddar Mac was good, needed to be a little warmer.

This place is not what it used to be. I ordered my food they gave me my cup I walked over and filled my drink noticing that the Coke did not taste right so I poured it out and used the other dispenser for Coke and that was also flat. I ended up getting a sweet tea which I don’t drink waiting for my food when they brought my order it was the wrong order so they had to switch sandwiches so I had to wait again. I must say the gyro was not what it used to be it was dry and hard to swallow The fries weren’t even filled up to the top of a box. I’ve noticed in a last 6 months this place has really gone downhill with the new girls working. Somebody needs to teach these people how to make a gyro that you can swallow. There was two girls working both of them were polite and apologized for the mix-up I just think somebody needs to get in there and give them a hand and show them how to run this place. It was clean but there was no straws and no lids where you get your drinks. Hopefully it will change I used to go here at least twice a week but not no more. I’ll try it again in a month if it don’t change I’m gone.

Decided to give them a try again what a mistake. The gyro was just loaded with extra oregano that’s all you tasted. The big bacon cheesy burger was raw and not as we ordered. Curly fries were way overdone and hard. To top it off they gave me the food for nothing I had to let them know they didn’t take my money yet. Should have known better to try again used to be good 10 years ago.

Walked in cause I planned on eating inside not in my work van. Walked in to hear a male employee singing loud with his friend. The friend was vaping the girl who took my order was great food was good but ended up in the van anyway because I didn’t want to smell smoke while eating.

Used to love Arby’s, and I understand their quality has lowered like most places. But this is awful… My pregnant wife slurped up this chunky looking string out of her drink. She threw up violently after this happened. The sauce dispensers were all empty and looked dirty and unkempt. They forgot the au jus for the French dip sandwich. Jordan the cashier did not say a single word while ringing us up and looked out of it… Another sales associate was friendly and told us to have a nice day when we left. All in all, we will not be returning to this Arby’s ever again.

the parking lot is never plowed or salted. it’s impossible to drive on. they do not care about customer’s safety at all.

and they dont make any food unless its ordered so you have to wait 15 mins if you have anything fried.

The Mello Yello I ordered tasted like mint for whatever reason. That’s not the flavor of the drink at all – and now I’m worried about getting sick off of it. & I didn’t even get to finish ordering my order because they couldn’t understand what I said, yet when I pulled around they told me they understood and had already processed my order. Will not be returning.

Lesson learned – Always check your sandwiches before you leave the location. When I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered six of the same sandwich, the person taking my order laughed. When I pulled up to pay, I said, “I heard you laugh. Do you have enough of the ingredients to make the six sandwiches?” She, the manager replied, “Yes, we just had to more portions.”
What she really meant was, we had to see how we could try to make you believe that you have received the proper portion for each sandwich. Look at the photos – barely enough meat for half of the sandwich They barely apologized when I called to complain and when I went back the next day for a refund. Talk about customer service
