At times fast food is going to be fast food. It’s not feeling, but in Arby’s case, it’s not bad! I rarely est inside once I get my food, but the atmosphere and the staff are wonderful and down to earth. This is why I sometimes end up walking in Arby’s (accept when I do drive through), ordering my food, and staying there to eat !

Nice restaurant. Friendly staff, clean and relaxing dining area. The food was typical Arby’s- fresh and tasty, and my order was brought out to my table pretty quickly.
They were decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. Not overly done but just enough decorations to be pleasant.
Well done to the employees working today. I don’t eat here often but when I feel like roast beef, this place has never disappointed.
One thing that would make eating here even more pleasant- some light music playing in the background or even digital displays like you see in the Wendy’s in our area.

Always love coming here when we are on this side of Charles County. The Gyros were hot and fresh as were the curly fries. Staff was helpful in choosing our sandwiches. It was 1:00pm so was busy and they did great. Thank you!

My family from out of town and I met up at Charlotte Hall, MD Arby’s as a middle meeting point to sit down and exchange our Christmas gifts. The staff was so attentive, genuine and kind that it actually kind of blew our minds. We all said to each other that we felt like we were in some kind of twilight zone. It goes to show you how rare it is these days to enjoy a pleasant experience in a public place. This experience however was above and beyond anything we could have asked for from a dine in “fast food” restaurant. The manager on duty brought us cookies and ice creams for the kids – things we had never even ordered. My little nephew (of course not knowing any better) confidently requested a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich while we were all placing our orders at the register. The staff behind the counter thought this was the cutest thing. This led to the manager letting us know that “he is writing a letter to the owner to be sure a Peanut Butter and Jelly is on the menu for our next visit.” My nephew wore the biggest smile after this was told to him. This was a tremendous evening with my family and we were – and still are – incredibly thankful for the 5-star exceptional service that was provided to us.
Lastly, the food! Arby’s food never disappoints. Always fresh and appetizing.

Ent to Arby’s last night and ordered 2 French dip sandwiches and 2 buffalo chicken sandwiches with no lettuce. The tried to scrape off the lettuce and serving it to me. Absolutely terrible Will never go back. It is unacceptable to treat your customers like this. Avoid this place

This place is definitely a hit or miss …. mostly misses!! 3 out if f the 5 times we’ve gone there, they were out of something, French fries to bread to sauerkraut to even the “Arbys sauce”!! ….. But tonight was it, they gave us burnt/black burgers, when I returned them the employee said “well they aren’t supposed to be red Ma’am”, my response “they aren’t supposed to be black either” he eventually offered to remake my order, but did it with much attitude, especially when I requested my fries be replaced with hot ones!!

Pretty typical Arby’s the food was good for the most part. It’s just that the new sandwich was terrible! It’s not the staffs fault! The New Angus Cheese Steak brought back kindergarten memories of eating paste. I didn’t taste bad enough to take back, but it was definitely bad enough to never order again. Charlie’s has nothing to worry about.

Every aspect of Arby’s was good, except I didn’t pay close attention but the cashier rang my order up 1st as meals, then rang the sandwiches up separately. So, when I got home I looked at receipt, cause it cost so much, it was bugging me. I will pay closer attention next time.
