Always loved Arby’s. This location, which is on Dupont Hwy, is shared with an Exxon gas station. The drive thru lane can be very slow moving. If you’re looking for fast food and decent pricing, this is good. The roast beef sandwich was nice and thick. The curly fries were good. The chicken sliders were also good. The interior cafe looks newly renovated, with a nice seating area. When we went there, the milkshake machine was not working, which was a disappointment.

Hot food. Not like some fast food places where your food comes from a warmer and is not very hot. Very fast and friendly service. I’ve been to other Arby’s within 40 miles and didn’t get hot food or the service you get here.

Regina took my order from the drive thru, was very friendly and polite. Accommodating and asked all the right questions. Food was fast and tasted fresh and well made. The right amount of food, sandwich built properly, fries were hot, fresh and not overcooked

Got the new burger here with my dad. I didn’t get it with the burger sauce it comes with, instead I added the arby’s sauce. I really liked how this tasted. It has a nice pepper-y flavor and the Arby’s sauce on it was amazing!
Giving it four stars though cause sometimes sandwiches from here that have sauce like ranch or Buffalo can be super sloppily made. Otherwise it’s good and the staff is very friendly.

Food came out good. There was about a 10 minute wait in the drive-thru, but I can’t blame them for everyone going there after work. I had a coupon for a $5 signature meal, so I got the smoked brisket meal with a small curly fries, and a small sweet tea. I also ordered a side of mozzarella sticks. Everything came out correct and tasted good. The coupons come in handy, def bring them with you when you go. They come once a month in the junk mail.

Possible debit/credit card information being stolen at this location. During the latest furlough I didn’t use my card for almost 40 days. The first time I used my card was at this location and my card was then compromised the very next day. It’s the only place I handed my card off and lost sight of it for any length of time. This happened to my daughter two days ago. The exact same issue. We use try to use tap to pay everywhere we go but at this drive through they took or cards. Please be aware and check you bank statements.

The staff is always pleasant here. I don’t care for McDonald’s or the Booger King so Wendy’s, Arby’s, and Hardee’s are our go to fast food places. I can’t think of a time I was disappointed at this Arby’s location.

The staff is awesome. I stopped in on 3/28 at lunchtime to pickup a mobile order. There where at least 4 people ahead of me. There was an issue with a piece of equipment that was causing the staff problems with getting the food out. One person ahead of me was getting argumentative with a staff member. Not sure how he expected them to make food if things were broken. Despite the difficulties the staff was very apologetic to me although it wasn’t their fault.

This is a new establishment, so it appears cleaner & brighter. The selection is wonderful. I really enjoy when they have their 2/$6 or $7 and the milkshakes are amazing! The service is hit or miss? Depends… I recommend for fast food.

Cailynn was at the drive thru and was very nice and helpful , she noticed the coke from the machine came out not looking normal so she tasted it and then switched a new bag out. Her happy smiles and gestures was appreciated

Bought two chicken sliders and both were undercooked. To be fair I bought two at the Harrington Arby’s and they were also undercooked (pink inside) Maybe Arby’s Corporate needs to check out it’s standards for how long chicken needs to be cooked to be able to sell. Beware Make sure your food is cooked well before taking a bite. I gave Service a 3* becasue there was a young lady serving me that was so nice and she had such a great personality her smile was contageous even though I was not happy my food was undercooked.
