Went there today around 5 and had a meal and a side of large curly fries. The fries looked like they were whatever was left before a fresh batch and it was not good at all. Happened the last time I was there and that was months ago.

The brisket was cold and looked like it was laid out under a heat lamp for 8hrs. The BBQ sauce on it lacked flavor so I’m doubting it was even BBQ sauce. Only thing worth eating was the crinkle fries everything else was tossed in garbage!!

I ordered a few cherry turnovers. I get home n found them all thrown in the bottom of the bag with no wrapper. When I pulled up to the drive thru the place smelled so badl that the stench was flowing out their drive thru window!!! They’re supposedly preparing to close n looks to me like they’re cleaning then touching food. NEVER AGAIN!!

Staple restaurant in the New Castle area since I was a kid. Fond memories of hanging out having lunch with my grandparents. As of now they offer a variety of food and drink choices. Quality of food does vary on occasion, but the staff seem friendly. Dinning area is kepted mostly clean as well. Plenty of parking in their lot and surrounding area with easy access off of route 13.

Just left this location worker who helped me order was a chill guy but the food 0 out of 10 barley any meat and meat was not hot it was slightly warm please keep food hot or covered if it’s sitting out etc etc charge back with bank
