I literally was craving the jalapeño poppers. Stopped through the drive thru and ordered myself an 8 count of those bad boys. When I got to the window the lady was a freaking delight! She asked if I wanted extra sauce and was literally the nicest-kindest soul ever. That is all! (:
I just hope her pillow is a nice temp at night and she never hits a red light.

It’s a fast food joint, you can’t expect much. Food was same as always, but I waited close to 10 minutes for a single slider, and 4 mozzarella sticks. This has never happened before, so I count it as a one-off, or the kid working drive-thru was new.

After being on the road for 13 hours I saw the sign for Arby’s and was so excited! We don’t have Arby’s anywhere near where I live in RI…pulled into the drive thru on 11/6 at 6:45pm and got 2 sliders and a 4 piece mozz sticks. The cashier saw my dog and asked if he’d like some whipped cream. Of course he would! The food was hot and delicious and the service was great! Thanks for being a bright moment in the middle of a 28 hour drive!

I usually have a great experience at this location, but tonight was a disappointing exception. I ordered two Beef and Cheddar Classic meals and was upset to discover at home that the sandwiches arrived without any cheese or Arby’s sauce.

My roast beef sandwich was burnt/dry. My kids chicken tenders were dry and hard. And it took forever to get our food.

We came through the drive through on a road trip, ordered $40 worth of food. Not only did we wait ten minutes but in that ten minutes they apparently chose not to bag any of it correctly. We got on the interstate only to see that we were given a large bag with only the sides and one thing of tenders. We were missing 3 sandwiches, a side and a cookie. That’s a $20 mistake and one that we can’t even fix because they don’t answer their phones. There is no turn around on the interstate for about ten miles so not worth the gas. Overall terrible experience and the customer service at the restaurant was rude. Service and quality are important but at least don’t cost me $20 down the drain because you don’t feel like double checking your order. The server also gave us the bag and immediately walked in the store not giving us time to even double check.

Placed a online order for 1 10 and came at 100. Got the wrong order. They said to keep the food we got and remade our food for us there on the spot. On top of things and were very friendly about the mixup so sorry

Typically I go to a different RVs and a couple other ones and usually I get the two for 6:00 classic roast beef for regular roast beef whatever it is and this one only had the beef and cheddar and I said well can you just keep the cheddar off cuz then they’re actually saving money cuz they’re not putting the cheese on there anybody who’s ever ran any kind of business would know that but they refused to do so and the prices were like insane it was $5 for the smallest roast beef sandwich that you can get my bill for two people came to almost $30 which typically if I go to Arby’s my bill is around 17 and that’s with drinks. They had no curly fries available which is like their thing so that made no sense and like I said with the sandwiches and two sodas and one crinkle cut french fry it was literally 29 something if I could have just taken it back and handed it to them and got my money back and I would have!
