I went there yesterday for lunch. I didn’t have time to complain about the food I received, as I had to get back to work, and I will say that the beverage and fries were fine, but I ordered a wrap and it wasn’t closed properly and it wasn’t cut. I ate it instead of going back through the drive through to complain, and I had sauce all over my hand from the wrap not being closed. Here’s a pic. This is exactly how it looked when I opened it.

Arby’s in South Hanover I would recommend. It was a little wait but the 2 young men that were in there did a great job. They were short handed. The young men worked together got the job done. Also kept up with wiping stuff off making sure things were tidied up. Hats off to those 2. They never stopped treated everyone with respect. They definitely deserve a raise.

Pulled up 7 minutes before 11pm and ordered the classic. Brian the manager was super nice and polite and has great people skills. You can tell this location is under new management!!! You can go up until 11pm and they don’t push you away or have an attitude that you’re showing up right before they close. Brian is great with people and that makes the experience 10× better!!! Will keep coming back and spending my money somewhere the people care about your food and how it’s made!!! A+ Brian and his staff

Our kids love Arby’s and we usually stop by once or twice a month as a treat. The foods always hot and fast to order! Their staff and manager Brian and Timothy are doing a great job at revamping this location. The staff has come more to life making the experience even more inviting. We appreciate their customer service and positive attitude. When there are a lot of choices out there we tend to make final decisions based on the atmosphere. Hence why we come to this Arby’s as our main go to.

I don’t do a lot of reviews like this, but I have to say for a small food chain restaurant. This was the most amazing service I’ve ever received, including the general manager, running across the parking lot to ensure I got my Apple turnovers through the drive-through. I am truly amazed at the friendliness happiness, and then the extra strive for excellence by the general manager. I highly recommend this location. It is second to none.

The Arby’s team is VERY friendly. The dining room doesn’t seem to do much business but the drive through is non stop. They were laser focused on getting that food. So much so we were overlooked for a few minutes! And after a few apologies we got our yummy food! It was fresh AND hot. The lobby and bathroom were also very clean. The lobby sound system was very loud but I’m not surprised as their was literally no lobby traffic.

Drive-thru this evening. What an incredible experience! Brian the manager was super polite, super friendly and engaging. Great customer interaction. Even shared a fist bump and a toy with our son. Also, the woman running the drive thru was incredibly social, courteous and super kind. Wish we got her name.

The customer service was great! The man who took my order at the drive through was very kind and patient! He went out of his way to make a casual trip through the drive thru a memorable one. Kindness goes a long way 🙂 the food was also great, as usual!
