2/10 – I was in the area for a couple of days and chose to grab a Meat and 3 box for lunch yesterday. Unfortunately, Arby’s has recalled their chicken, but this location was so nice to offer a fish sandwich as a replacement for the chicken. This is a big deal as other locations do not, and I do not eat red meat. The manager and another gentleman there were very nice about the replacement. Everything was received and my lunch was good. 2/11 I decided since I was heading out of the area, I would grab another box for dinner. My bill was a bit higher, so I inquired. I was told that I had requested tomato and onion straws on my fish, and since it was the plain fish that was replacing the chicken, I would be charged. No worries. I thanked the girl at the drive thru and waited to get my order. Overall, the meal was good, but I was shorted a mozzarella stick. Considering the price you pay and you only get two in a normal box, that was a disappointment. I did not say anything to the crew about replacing, I just ate my food.
I will still go back, if in the area again, due to the customer service and I will recommend because the food was good. Both of my visits were picked up in the drive-thru.

Arby’s sandwiches have sunk to a new low. Got the loaded Italian sandwich. It was squishy almost meatless brown lettuce. A mix of curly fries and regular. If the food wasn’t bad enough walking through the dining area was like walking on sticky tape.
Miss the days of getting a quality meal for a premium price. Abdominal distress followed the meal to boot. Arby’s is now on the do not eat list.

The lady at the drive thru obviously don’t listen to anything I said or asked for, she just nodded her head. I didn’t receive any sauces I asked for but instead received a bunch of berry sauce? It’s not hard people!!

Came in for lunch real quick.
No one was at the counter so I stood and was looking to see what I wanted to order.
Then the lady that was cleaning the floors walked around and without washing hands, took my order and then handed my drink. And then she went back to cleaning and taking trash out

Clean store, friendly workers. Could have been a little more meat on the sandwiches but food was fresh and meal was good. I’d give it a 4.5 but no half points allowed. Def go back. The store in Camp Hill is closer but this may be my new place to go.

Update: Happened again, got five sips of soda and 3/4 filled with ice. Nothing has changed.
I mentioned it to the person at the drive through and he told me it is Arby’s policy to make drinks mostly ice. SAD. My only real complaint with this location is the amount of ice they give you in your drink. Every time I go my cup is 3/4 of the way filled with ice. When I get a large soda, I’m lucky if I actually get four sips of soda. The rest is ice.

I did not eat inside the restaurant.I ordered their new brisket sandwich.Not good at all not worth eight dollars and some mad change. I took two bites and threw the rest away. I will not buy it again.

I got the new burger, it was actually VERY good, I wasn’t sure what to expect – getting a burger at Arby’s, but burger was fresh & all the fixings you would get at another fast food restaurant. So much better than McDonald’s.

Ordered the French dip, got home and they forgot the dip! What’s a French dip without the dip??? I asked for a couple packets of horsey sauce but none were in the bag when I got home and it’s all on the receipt. The fries were super salty beyond salty! My toddler wasn’t happy about that either! These kids don’t deserve the money they’re getting paid if they can’t get a simple job done right! They seem to get paid to goof off on the job.
