A lady placed an order for a cherry pie and they did not put it in right away so had to wait for 55 min to get it. No consideration was given to a waiting customer that is a repeat local. She asked if she could get an extra one for the wait and the manager acted like she didn’t hear her. Didn’t even put it in a bag for her to carry out since they were leaving because it took so long. This showed a lack of respect and customer service if you ask me.

Went inside, was literally the only customer and used a coupon for a $17 family meal deal that was to include 2 turnovers. The counter person asked me what kinds I wanted and I said ” apple.” The Took the meal home to eat and yep, no turnovers in the bag. I remember Danny Devito in a movie saying, ” you always get screwed at the drive thru.”
Well, at this Arby’s you get screwed inside as well. Very disappointing as I was the only customer to be attended to.
After several days Nothing has been done to rectify this issue so if you stop here BE SURE TO UNBAG AND CHECK WHAT THEY GIVE YOU. Beware……

I eat at this Arby’s pretty often and always receive consistently good food. The staff here are clean normal people which is one of the main reasons I choose to eat at this location

Over a year ago we visited this Arby’s before the pandemic. Drive thru is like taking your driver’s license test all over again. We noticed the server who took our money had a mask but no gloves and also handed us our food.Sandwiches were lukewarm..not fresh. Not so sure we will go back..not sure that Arby’s is following good sanitation habits.. Before the pandemic I wrote this review that this Arby’s was a pleasure to visit.
Clean and staff friendly. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. We had their classic grilled chicken with bacon and cheese. Chicken tender and not overly seasoned. Potatoe cakes fresh and hot. One of the better Arby’s in the area. Not today.

10-13-23: Amending my previous review, with pictures. I went inside and got a double no bun, to go. I get to where I can eat it, and I find 3 slices of meat. I get more when I order a regular.
And the sauce on my son’s smokehouse brisket sandwich was less than adequate.
This is the most efficient Arby’s drive thru I have ever been to.

Ordered regular roast beef meal. I opened the sandwich to put sauce on it. I was like where’s the meat. 2 little slivers of beef. I was like what is this where’s the beef literally. The fries were old rubbery the only thing I got good was the orange cream shake. I wanted to go complain for what it cost and my husband says no they might spit in your food. I was not happy. I won’t go back

The chicken salad sandwich was great, but the gyro didn’t have lettuce, onion, or tomato. I didn’t unwrap it until we were too far away to go back. Very disappointed. I was looking for more than just meat on bread.
