Fast hot lunch and a restroom when I needed one. Wendy’s next door with your drive-thru only service… You’ll never see another dime from me. Minus one star for the garbage cheese steak sandwich. I know you only sell what corporate offers but expectation versus reality is a mockery of all things good. The picture looks so appetizing and what is served is not.
Someone at corporate should lose their job over this because it can only hurt the business. Take down the signs and stop selling these today. Atrocities like this put entire companies out of business during these times of fierce competition.

I love the food from arby’s normally so I order pretty frequently and this location unfortunately happens to be the closest one to me. This location has messed up or left out part of my order EVERY time I have ever ordered. I understand a mistake once in a while but I probably get arby’s about once a month and after 5 times in a row of not receiving my correct order I have officially given up on this location. Do yourself a favor and drive however long it takes you to get to a different location if you like to receive what you paid for.

I went in for lunch and there was three staff standing around. The store smell like sewer gas. So when they ask if I was going to eat in the store I said absolutely not because of the odor. So I explained to the cashier what sewer gas is she says “whatever you say”. Ive been in here 4-5 times since 2021 & the oder is always there. Also she asked what sauce I wanted. I said Buffalo. I checked the bag it had marinara in it! Corporate WAS called over the “whatever I say” comment. Thanks “MARCIA”

The Diablo Dare is back. Is it any spicier than it was before? Nope. It’s still a messy sandwich and this time it was more sweet than spicy. Note below that my heat tolerance is high though!

2022 update == They are now advertising a pair of Diablo sandwiches. The claim is that they are the hottest sandwiches that fast food places offer and are so hot, in fact, that they give them to you with a Vanilla Shake so you can fight off the heat effects!
Well, I have a high heat tolerance, and enjoy hot foods, so this was a come on I could not resist!
One Chicken Diablo and one Brisket Diablo later and I can report that they are indeed the hottest sandwiches that the fast food industry offers – but that is not saying much. They are spicy, but not so intolerable that you really need the vanilla shake – at least I did not. I did find it interesting that the brisket version was spicier than the chicken version. Since they pretty much have the same ingredients except for the meat, I have to believe it had to do with who assembled them and how heavy-handed they were with the pepper sauce.
Both sandwiches are very messy to eat. Have spare napkins available. Hold them with both hands and they still spill their contents all over. A very cute touch was that the buns are colored orange. I suppose that is to warn you – yet again – of how hot these are. Cute.
See the attached pictures for what they look like when you get them at a store, rather than the pretty versions they show in the commercials. I moved the top bun part off to show the interiors.

Friendly employees. Clean. Food was good and hot. Like other Arby’s, not busy at all. I don’t understand why that is. This particular Arby’s is easy to miss. They don’t have a tall roadside sign and it’s a really small parking lot.

The fish is back, and so is the deal, although it’s a $1 more than last year. The food was good, but as you can see in the photo, I got ripped off on the roast beef sandwich. I do understand the price increase for what a non educated person gets paid, but you should get the same amount of food. I usually don’t care for fast food besides Wendy’s and Arby’s but since Democrats took over, everything is falling apart. Fast food restaurants weren’t spared, and soon, they will be casualties like everything else, including us.

They get my order correct 99% of the time and the food is always consistent quality. The place looks a little rough on the outside and the drive through corner is kind of sharp for a longer vehicle I’d guess but not an issue for me. Staff is always friendly too.

i’m at work on my break. I came to get some fresh food. The food was not fresh. I wasted more time outside, waiting for fresh food, but thank God that I went in because the cook in the back was not wearing any gloves I watched him make about 15 sandwiches with his bare hands while wearing his outside winter coat and that took another chunk of time to get a refund now I’m still hungry and late going back to work This is very disturbing. I’m definitely not happy. i told the manager she kind of gave me attitude for wanting a refund but she said she will go talk to him …i feel bad for everyone eating here today
