I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the fast service and how clean the entire restaurant was. I am deducting one star for the higher than expected prices of the food, much more than other local fast food options in the local area. Expect longer wait times during lunch (11:30AM to 1:30PM) and be very cautious in the parking lot as the drive thru line will wrap almost entirely around the building during lunch and dinner time (5:30PM to 7:00PM).

I’ve never had issues with this place before today. I typically order here once a week. Well last week I came in got my normal order with my large drink in its normal large cup. When I went to order today I was given a small drink. When I asked the cashier about it she told me that they changed their cup sizes. No where on the website or any other Arby’s have said anything about a cup change. I’m very disappointed at the fact that I paid extra for this tiny cup. Will not be coming back to this Arby’s.

This has been my go to arbys for years now. Worth the 40 minute trip to crush my arbys cravings knowing this location has only ever slightly messed up an order by giving me crinkle fries instead of curly. I miss the spicy 3 pepper sauce though, it was my go to for on my sandwich and fries. The workers here are always nice and polite as well.

I picked up dinner from here a couple weeks ago. Normally I check the bag before pulling away, but I forgot. I pulled everything out of the bag to set up our plates and realized an entire sandwich was missing. I called the restaurant and spoke to a very young sounding girl asking if I could speak to a manager. She said she was the manager. I told her what happened about the missing sandwich and she said I could drive back and pick up another one. I told her I was already home and that location was 25 miles away from me. She then asked for my name and address and said they would send a coupon to me to get a free item in the mail. That was two weeks ago and no coupon. The most frustrating part was even though I picked up dinner, I still had to make more dinner. Along with even though I paid for all my items, we didn’t actually get to eat them. Very disappointing.

Went and enjoyed a 4 regular roast beef sandwiches for $10. Put them together to make 2 huge tasty sandwiches with Arby’s sauce! Very good. I will definitely be back again!
