The staff at the front counter was very kind and polite while I was picking up a DoorDash order This has nothing to do with them. I didn’t get to interact with the rest of the staff.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t try the food. I’m leaving this review because the music playing behind the counter was extremely offensive and uncomfortable I very clearly heard explicit references to drugs, including the word cocaine, being played openly inside the restaurant
What stood out even more was that some of the front counter employees themselves appeared uncomfortable which left me genuinely confused as to why that music was playing at all
I honestly feel bad for any parents who bring their children here expecting a family friendly environment ❗ Because of the atmosphere, I won’t be coming back ✋

I ordered 2 Hawaiian rolls fish deluxe sandwiches. The buns were burnt! The burnt taste ruined the whole sandwich. The cheese looked old, thin, and barely covered the fish.

While waiting in line to get food I over heard one of your workers Mistreat the gentleman Who was there to pick up door dash.
Asked him if he needed to shower while the other workers in the back laughed at it because he was wearing what looked like a robe, but was actually a coat.. When corrected by the gentleman the worker stood there as if he was insulted that the man even spoke. You need to retrain your workers to where they dont think its ok to make statements like this. Very unprofessional. I left without getting food at all. If your workers there are going to be disrespectful. I definitely won’t trust the food.

This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Everything was spotless. The food was excellent, and the reduced weekend price of roast beef sandwiches was exceptional! I would would highly recommend this Arby’s.
