Friendly service but did seem a bit frazzled/made some mistakes with our order but resolved them quickly. Appetizer came out pretty quickly, food was decent (ordered off the dinner menu – avoid their IHOP menu!). Steak was cooked perfectly to order and had good flavor, chicken was a bit overcooked and didn’t come out sizzling like the steak. Overall a pretty good chain-resturant experience, just seriously avoid the breakfast menu at this location because it sucks (have ordered it here before and was super disappointed). Seemed like other tables around us that ordered IHOP menu items had issues with their orders.

My friend and I decided to try the new Applebee’s off Golf Road and it didn’t disappoint! My buddy got a chicken salad and he loved it.
I love mushroom and swiss burgers. I especially love the one in my hometown and have yet to find one even close. I decided to order the Cajun mushroom and Swiss and it was absolutely fantastic! Had a sweet zesty taste and wasnt overpowering. Not greasy but juicy. Fries were fresh and delicious.
The manger came around and chatted us up which is always nice and patiently stood there as my buddy talked and talked. She wasnt rude at all and politely made her way around to other tables.
The only negative thing (and this is not on the restaurant) was the two little girls running around tables screaming. Parents control your kids!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had!! I got my table. Had one waitress come take my drink order. That I had to wait 10 mins for to even get my TEA!! Crazy!! Then a different waitress come by about 15 mins after my drink order. I ordered the classic broccoli chicken alfredo to come back and tell me they didn’t have the noodles that came with meal nor do they have broccoli.

i wish i could rate lower than one star. saying this place was terrible would be an understatement. my pasta had no flavor, and was cold, and my friends food was overcooked so the steak was sent back. we waited 15 minutes for a medium rare steak and it came back undercooked. my other friends food was unseasoned and the broccoli tasted like straight oil. the service was just as bad. she never asked how our food was or if we wanted refills. the place was practically empty. when we paid she never asked if we wanted our change back, just assumed that we didn’t. this place needs to be shut down.

On March 8th 2026 my family and I went to this restaurant we ordered our food and as part of the deal we were given an appetizer which we had to ask if ever going to show and when it did two of our meals up before it we ordered two meals with steaks prepared well done even though we asked for one medium and the other one rare. Another meal was scrambled eggs which was served cold along with French toast also cold. We inform management they gave us new steaks and a new meal . I Believe Management should have took something off of our bill for the trouble.
The waitress seemed insulted that we informed management of what happened and insisted that the kitchen staff was not making the food for her tables incorrectly on purpose. She had a an annoyed attitude. However I would probably have the same attitude if my co-workers were bullying me.

The bartender and server were very nice.
Food not so much. I don’t really expect much from Applebee’s, but late night, there’s not much to each around 10:45 pm. I got the Chicken Parm with cream sauce fettuccine. Chicken was good but the red sauce on top was coldish. The noodles were over cooked and tasted like one of those Knorr pasta sides you can buy at the store. Wouldn’t recommend getting it. Maybe during the day, the cooking is better.
The lights are insanely bright and music is very loud. Hard to keep a conversation with someone. Manager on duty was just walking around not doing anything while the bartender and server had a lot going on. 3/10.

I went here a few weekends ago and it was alright. The service was super fast (it was also really early and not busy.) and the atmosphere is a fun vibe. The food was pretty good. Except they didn’t have the confetti cupcake pancakes as advertised online, so I got the chocolate chip pancakes. Which were ok but I don’t use maple syrup. Just butter and the butter was hard and not easy to put on my pancakes. Other then that there eggs benedict was bomb.

It took the waitress almost 10 minutes to bring us our 2 sodas. We ordered both sodas to have no ice, but one of them had ice when she finally brought them to us. Also, our table still had syrup all over it and was sticky. Can’t rate the food yet because it hasn’t been brought to us yet. But we ordered the 2 for $25 deal, which has an appetizer that should arrive first before the entrees. It’s been almost 15 minutes now, and still no appetizer. It’s not very busy in here so I don’t know what’s taking so long.

Food was very good. Compliments to the chef. Wish I could say the same about the service. One waiter that morning. Understaffed. Waiter was struggling to keep up with orders. Drinks were not refilled. Forgot my side of fries to go with my breakfast burger. Overall, 3 star.

Went for Valentine’s Day. We were going to just eat at home but they surprisingly looked to be slow. It was a 20 minute wait. They noted the kitchen was running behind. The wait staff was amazing, however, it seemed the kitchen was a disaster. The wrong food was initially brought to our table. No biggie. We were finally given our food, and we all had to giggle. One of us received two meals and another had ranch on the Berry Balsamic Salad (a truly unusual combination). We didn’t want to bother the waitstaff further as we understood the frustration they must have already been feeling and the bar was quick with the drinks. I would recommend more staffing and training for the kitchen to help assist with quality control.
