The server was friendly. Another server brought our food to our table and he was really friendly. The food was pretty good. I was a little disappointed that the apple dessert was mostly a pasty consistency that was hard to try and eat. I couldn’t finish it. The chicken salad bowl I got was pretty good. My party tried a few different dishes and the 3 for $14.99 appetizers.
We were seated pretty quickly and the hostess was friendly. I would return, but I would not order the apple dessert again.

Lacey Applebees is by far our favorite. Stephany was the host she was so friendly and accommodating that we wanted a booth! I came in with my wife and we got the 2 for 25, such a great deal! We got 2 Caesar salads nice sized and 2 chicken parmesan fettuccine. It was so flavorful we loved it. Courtney was our server she recommended the pomegranate perfect margarita, gosh was it perfect !! Best margarita I’ve had in a long time. Service was 10/10, very fast, even thought they were busy. Had a nice conversation with Courtney she was very sweet. We finished off the evening with the cookie dough skillet dessert. Excellent! Can’t complain!!

Used to love Applebee’s. Now half the decor is advertising. Prices have increased significantly. Additional charges for ranch to dip fries and salad dressing for a salad without dressing throughout. Just did not seem a good value even though there were lots of employees ‘checking in’. Not so much the friendly neighborhood diner atmosphere. $42 for hamburger and fries and an oriental salad no alcohol is not a lunch stop I’ll make again.

Everyone in our party said that their chicken was very good. I had fish ‘n’ chips. The French fries were room temperature. The coleslaw slaw sat in a runny diluted sauce. The waitress was sweet, but the waits were long. It is painful to leave such a review. Work is hard, and the problem may not be easily evident.

I ordered riblets with fries and coleslaw but my order came without the fries. When I called them I was informed that there was nothing they could do because I had used Uber eats. Their option was for me to go over and pick the fries or for me to send an Uber at my expense. They wanted me to spend more money even though it was their mistake. I opted to eat my dinner minus the fries which I had already paid for. I wonder who makes such policies that are meant to fleece the customer.

Following the above review, I want to appreciate the team that reached out to me within a very short time and to acknowledge their efforts to make it right. I was compensated with a gift certificate and I am now a happy customer who will happily visit this restaurant again and again because I have always enjoyed their meals especially the riblets. The server was nice and the atmosphere is what you would expect from a corporate owned family diner. The fries were very good and my wife liked her grilled cheeseburger. I ordered a burger with no pink and a side of blue cheese. Different person dropped our food and walked away before I realized no sauce. It was relatively busy, so by the time I was able to get a servers attention, ask for the sauce I wanted, and them to get it back to me my burger was already cooled quite a bit. I cut my burger in half and went to take my first bite and realized it was very pink inside. I was over it at this point my wife was finished eating and we had other errands to run so I finished my fries and left.

Not sure why AppleBees isnt as popular these days (I’m Australian living in the US and this is the first time I been to an Applebee’s). The food, the atmosphere, the food, the service. Everything was 5 star.
I’m not sure if it’s just this branch that’s giving me a really good impression of this brand, but I’ll definitely be back!
