Holiday shopping with mom from out of town and we decided we wanted to get drinks and the 2 for $25 deal to fuel us for the day. We headed to Applebee’s and we we’re met by a nice hostess who held the door open for us and made small talk, a waitress who was attentive and had great recommendations for food and shopping in the area and a manager who made sure all of our needs were taken care of while also being very comical and friendly. We each got the $6 Christmas Margaritas and they were AMAZING. I didn’t have high hopes for mine but whoever made this drink knew what they were doing. We ordered the Artichoke appetizer, then each ordered the 4 Cheese Mac and Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders for an upgrade of $3 per meal. It was worth every cent. I haven’t been to Applebee’s in a long time since I live by the coast and don’t make it to Olympia or live anywhere near one but I will absolutely be back to this location in the near future. I generally prefer to go to ethnic food when I’m in a city but we took a chance on something different and more relaxing and I’m glad we did. I really loved my experience here and so did my mom.

Her name was Nicole but spelled differently anyways her service was outstanding. She made all the difference. Thank you for your kindness and great service. Food came out in a decent amount of time. Everything was pretty good. Didn’t get correct change. I was not given the 33 cents with my change which doesn’t seem like alot but it adds up over time. That deducted from the tip because apparently some of it was already taken out. Very spendy as is i would like to decide if you get my change or a bigger tip. Dont just take it.

I absolutely love this restaurant every time I come, there is incredible service along with the friendly staff! I came in the other night and lost my cards the manager on duty ( don’t remember his name exactly) was absolutely amazing, as well as Britney and Jessica! This crew is just awesome and I will happily be coming back:)

My server was awesome! Super polite, very on top of refills! Food came out super fast as well and was cooked to perfection 10/10. This is my favorite restaurant in town. The staff is always super welcoming and the food never disappoints. 10/10 cant recommend this Applebees enough!

Every time I come in to this applebees everything is always clean and the workers are friendly and quick on their feet. I never have to worry about my food taking long or how well i’m going to be taken care of. Everyone here seems like they enjoy their job and make it a goal to make sure you have a good experience. This is the only applebees I trust coming to to have a good time.

We had a very disappointing experience during our recent visit to the Olympia location. It started with our order of a Long Island iced tea, which somehow led to a confusing argument from the server about the choice of drink. Then she asked if we wanted Coke to be added, it felt unnecessary and frustrating. Cole is not in a long island tea.
Then, my husband specifically requested his meal without onions due to an allergy, yet his plate arrived with onions nonetheless. This disregard for our dietary needs is unacceptable and could have serious consequences.
My son’s order was equally disappointing; he was looking forward to a sweet tea, only to be told that it was unavailable but got a unsweetened tea. It felt like every request we made was met with a lack of attention.
To top it all off, the “mac and cheese” my son received was far from what was expected. Instead of creamy mac and cheese, we were served a strange pasta dish with a greasy sauce, just two pieces of chicken, and a breadstick. This is not what we were led to believe we would be getting. It was to be four cheese mac and cheese.
Additionally, we were shocked when a beer was delivered to our table that we never ordered. The server mistakenly placed it down, then awkwardly took it back to deliver it to another table, raising concerns about safety—what if someone had tampered with it in the process?
Lastly, the kids’ meals were notably smaller, and while we understand portion sizes for children, it’s frustrating that they can’t at least serve a full bowl of Kraft mac and cheese.
This isn’t our first poor experience at this location, and it’s disappointing to see such consistent issues. We expect better service and attention to customer needs.
