We seldom eat here ever; we don’t live anywhere near here. Just so happens one of the employees is a family member though this family member seated us; she was NOT our waiter. Thank GOD!!!
Our atmosphere was ok. The food was yummy. But the service was so agonizing slow, I was about to LOOSE IT.!
Our waitress came back several times and we finally had decided what we wanted and we got our orders in a acceptable timeframe. But once we were DONE was what made me grit my teerh. Our waitress cane by with our bill because for some reason the pay Kiosk on our table was not aquiring our table info/ bill. Then we made the horrible mistake in asking if they honor veterans with a military discount
They DID/ DO but that meant she had to go run down the manager and have him authorize a discount. Kinda strange it took SO LONG because we SAW who we believe was probably we’d say the general manager and the manager walking around saying hello to dining customers and they were dressed in more business casual clothing rather than the applebees service attire.
Anyways_ we MUSTVE waited for a good 1/2 hour_ 45 minutes for our bill to get changed and for the waitress to bring over a working pay Kiosk so we could pay our bill, take our leftovers _ oh thanks to wife said YES! we wanted a receipt even though she then say she could just have one emailed to us after paying with the working Kiosk. So when we finally got up and LEFT I was neer crying with impatience and wanting to GET_ GONE ALREADY. I can not recall many times in my life waitingTHAT long for the final phase of dining out.

Our daycare finished a field trip and decided to dine here. It was later in the afternoon and it wasn’t crowded. We had a party of 7, 3 adults and 4 littles. Our group was bigger, but not everyone came to dine. — We were greeted and sat right away. The kiddos were entertained with their coloring sheets up until the food came. It was short and sweet. Everyone inhaled their food and it was time to return home so parents could pick up their kiddos. — It was a good day.

This Applebee’s has been around for a long time, and I grew up in this area. I used to love coming here as a kid. I’ve only been a few times as an adult, but I even had one of my first dates here with my partner of 20+ years, which gives this place a lot of nostalgia for me
I’ve also picked up many delivery orders from this location. Overall, they’re usually pretty efficient, and I don’t tend to wait an excessive amount of time, which I do appreciate. Occasionally the wait feels a little long for the payout on delivery orders, but it’s never extreme.
The main reason for the 3-star rating is the customer service experience. I do have social anxiety, and it can feel uncomfortable when staff don’t acknowledge or respond to a simple greeting. I completely understand everyone is busy, but even brief acknowledgment or a smile can go a long way in making guests feel welcome
The food itself has been good over the years, and this location holds a lot of memories for me. With a bit more consistency in customer interaction, this would easily be a 4-star experience.

Me and my family had amazing experience due to the manager tonight! He absolutely sweet to kids and so understanding to his customers had a rough start after walking in but Eric is absolutely best manager I have met! He helps everyone out and Definitely take action on his location. Definitely coming back!!! Thank you so much ERIC!!! Your the best! ❤️

So, the food was decent. Staff was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. But I felt rushed. From the beginning. “The kitchen closes in five minutes,” the host said. “Do you want one last drink before we close?” And “Do you want a box for [your food]?” And “Here’s your check,” the bartender said. Susie had her coat on and purse in her hand ready to leave before I’d even boxed my food. I know I came in late, but, if they were going to rush me like that, then I’m not sure why they sat me in the first place. “See you next time,” the bartender said as I was leaving. Well, the next time I need to eat late, I will try some place else.

Dined here today with some family. While we were waiting to get a table we overheard one of the managers (I’m assuming it was one of the managers) totally grilling/yelling at the host. Her volume and tone was shocking. Seemed like maybe the host was new and sat too many tables in a certain section or accidentally made a mistake. Either way, I felt so bad for the host. It seemed super inappropriate to do right in the front at the hostess stand in front of all of us, there was 2 other groups of people there as well. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years. If anyone talked to me that way I’d walk out the door. Note for management: pull your team away from customers/out of ear shot if you need to have a chat with them and also, don’t be so aggressive! Totally ruined the vibe or our meal. Aside from that, our waitress, think her name was Ashley, was great. The food was fine. But come on, treat your employees better. It’s just fries and burgers. Nobody needs to be talked to that way. Also, to the host, you seemed to handle it really well! Hang In there!

The crew here is is something else to see, the manager floating and helping the crew. Susie running the bar, helping bust tasks down and conversating with customers, words of compliment/encouragement to the team as they roll.
I had a drink in like 3 minutes. Food was very good. It’s nice to be able to relax and eat without constant intrusion, the other local establishments just don’t pull it off.

Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed the daily lunch special for $9.99. I had the bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger was bigger than I expected. The chicken bacon ranch is a nice size as well.
